You can say that again. Nostalgic doesn’t ever describe it, more like extremely nostalgic. :D I started playing MCPE since 0.2.0 back in 2013 so that means now in 2018 it’s been 5 years, unfortunately I do not find any fun in MCPE today so I only play the legacy console editions and pc Edition.

I was like 9-10 when i started playing tho, but don't worry, i wasnt annoying and immature :) i didnt even have socials or an acc to comment on youtube videos.
Multiplayer isn't really the focus of MCPE, there's still way more features that come out in contrast to multiplayer features. Any other servers besides Realms are not even running on Mojang's software since there is no official multiplayer hosting besides Realms. Kid's always have played Minecraft, but it's just recent that more really really young ones have started playing, and learned how to use the internet...

This was my fave MCPE version of all time. Mojang, if you could add an option to go back to different updates like PC for Xbox, PlayStation, and PE I would literally play minecraft 24/7. no joke.
I wish you could go back to old MCPE versions too! I don't have an Xbox, but that would still be cool to have that for Xbox players. I thought I was the only one who wanted old MCPE versions!

@ChucKobe24 I think if you got Minecraft for PS4 before bedrock was released for the consoles, you can play the village and pillage update
If you delete the game then reinstall it, it will be updating and you can start it while it’s updating and then its very old PS4 Minecraft edition
This music is definitely my favorite because as a little kid, I would just scroll for hours on RUclips watching the Minecraft trailers and just being glad that the game existed. I didn’t have an Xbox back then (or a computer) so I played on an iPad so I really just remember that this trailer made me relate so much because that’s what the game was like for me. It’s sad that the game died after Microsoft bought it in 2014 but I’m glad that it’s back now in 2019.
It's amazing just to see how far the world of Minecraft has just come. All the other versions too. It's breathtaking how the game has become.

You know I never thought the earlier version of Minecraft were that great compared to the current updates, but looking back on this I remember back in 2014 when I was 9 and played on my mom's iPad. Finally have that sense of nostalgia.

This update was revolutionary when it came out for pocket, adding all the features from past ones and improving them. It added beds, finally allowing a player to skip the scary night full of Zombies, Skeletons, Spiders, Pigs, Sheep, Cows, Chickens, and the newly added and despised Creeper, which leaves a permanent effect on the world. Chests were added so you didn’t have to risk losing diamonds or iron to despawns if you died. Farming introduced an easy way to gain food and gave bones a usage. Food themselves were added, removing regen when hostile mobs are enabled but also allowing you to gain health back quickly. Trapdoors made ladders a bit more accessible and less awkward. Red mushrooms giving dye added another legit sheep wool color, and more blocks for creative allowed you to build more. Peaceful mode compensated for no more natural regen. TNT cleared mob packs easily, and flint and steel would set them on fire. The iPhone 5 also became supported in a mini patch for 0.4, adding 5 hotbar slots making inventory sorting a bit less tedious, along with better graphics due to the A6 chip inside
God. I've spent half of my life with this game by my side now. So many friends made, so many memories. And I don't see it going anywhere soon.
I love this trailer... this game is still more than a legend.

I didn't descover Minecraft till 2015, but start playing Minecraft in January of 2016, but looking at this trailer, I can just feel the magic that used to be in this game, and I think I first started playing when the last bits of the magic was still in the game... and I'm glad I did. I miss the more simple Minecraft. Good times..

Every platform with Bedrock Edition have songs. Songs are added a long time ago.
You just have to download it for free from the marketplace If you play on a smaller platform like Mobile.

To everyone who says they're missing stuff in creative, I know it's not quite the same but you can download an app from the Play Store called pocketinveditor, that will allow you to place ANY block you want in your inventory. I haven't tried it with creative yet, but I know it works for survival. I have all diamond tools now :P

The good old days, started playing 0.2.0, i found the game fun until infinite terrain was added, the look of the game changed, and didn’t seem original anymore, at the time it felt like every Edition was different and had a reason to get, not anymore though
