i bought the same one if you run that on high on a full 20# tank it will last 2hrs...( if you ever want to calculate your equipment running time on a 20 lb propane just divide 431,880 by the equipment BTU rating and you'll get it's run time in hours...

Thanks for that information.. we use 40lb and 30lb tank with the 200k burners.. the 20lb are used with the wok burners, grills and stoves...

How would you do the reverse...?? Take a 270,000 BTU burner and make it a SLOW/LOW BTU burner....?? Say 12,000 BTU or so..
