Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I couldn't determine whether to start paying for a house. In the end, I sold my positions, and the house needed more work than I had planned. I'm not sure how long I can keep going like this

After hours rebound didn't age well.
I have a big problem with something James said in the show yesterday to the effect that if the shit hits the fan with the macro economy there will be a flight to quality - gold and Bitcoin. It is patently obvious that by far the vast majority of people see gold as a quality asset in such times but NOT Bitcoin. On the contrary, Bitcoin is seen (rightly or wrongly)as a very risky asset and at such times people have and will 'fly' away from it in the opposite direction. The only instance in which people flock to Bitcoin is when there is a macro 'risk on' environment. That's not happening right now and probably not until the end of this year (after election) at the earliest. For all the charts and analysis it is the simple liquidity factor that will determine Bitcoin's price.
Correct. Right now, the dollar is still strong. The stock market is gonna collapse right after the elections. Bitcoin will follow. 2025 will be chaos...no bullrun

I agree. Bitcoin is not seen as a hedge, or store of value by mainstream Investors. It's just wishful thinking.
bitcoin btc has nothing special...
there are several others 'good' and 'functional' protocols / networks / tokens.
it is all about marketing and hype and network effect...

Thanks as always James. The River Thames (Tems) runs almost all the way across England through London. For some reason in my home town Oxford it changes name and becomes the River Isis 🤷🏻♂️ And I have no idea why we say "River Thames" instead of the Thames River 🤔

Thoughts on the power law model for BTC?
Power law support line suggests that historically we should see at least 40K before a sharp rebound up and continuation. That support line is what gives the power law its reliability. Just sayin…

In actual fact, in 2019 to 2021 Lee refused to appear on TV because he had received so much hate because he had made so many bad predictions. He basically went into hiding, such was the ill will felt towards him.
Do not rely on a single word of his or any other so called 'crypto expert'. There is no such thing.

Where are you getting 54k from? The swings are a guarantee - BTC is on the low end of the crypto risk curve, but is is still a risk asset and volatile. One cannot expect anyone to predict something. We are dealing with human emotion - that's what markets are right? To ask someone to predict for certain what a collective mass of people will do in a short space of time... Look at the macro, look at the trend, IA is one of the best at this. If we'd all bought SOL at 8usd when IA was running into the fire and BTC at 15k, it would be a different story right now, no?
