The Big Green egg to me is hands down the best grill i have ever owned, it smokes, grills, makes pizzas and with some attachments i have been able to do so much more.. I work for Ace but i wish i worked at this Ace even more, But i could never replace the crew i work with. having BBQ for lunch sounds amazing.. and dangerous at the same time lmao!!
Thanks for your videos on the BGE. I've been cooking on a medium egg over 11 yrs and your spot on all of your videos. I went to our new Ace store and bought a new large big green egg a couple of months ago with the egg spander and a wok. Im now cooking entire dinners in the egg. lately my go to meals are either a beautiful pizza or a brisket. will be doing this recipe today on the large one keep up the videos, cant wait to try a pork belly.
Hey Don! Love the comment! Hope the ribs turned out tasty!

Hi Mexico. Happy Cooking, Chef Jason
Dude those look great might just fire my bgg up great recipy
You did good bud
Would have like to have seen the bottom vent setting.
mrrmd1967 send me an email at jason@5280culinary.com and I’ll send you a video of how I set the bottom. I just shot it last week.
That guy reminds me of billy mays
Is the grill he's using a large? I have two sets of baby back ribs in my freezer and spring is here and I'm thinking that's the size I want to buy.
This is a large egg. I have since changed to an XL egg. Gives me a ton more room and I won’t outgrow it. Chef Jason
@@Chefjsbbqprovisions Nice - good grab. For me, the large will me more than enough, but who knows - maybe some day in the future I'll start catering events or something and need an XL or XXL. :P
Where can I get that sprayer?
Here you are! www.acehardware.com/departments/lawn-and-garden/lawn-care/sprayers/7438674?
Thanks. Agree with Mrrmd1967, though. Would like to see the bottom vent. Just learning. Guess I'll get a feel for it the more I use it, but would be nice in the videos to see what others are doing. One silver lining to the Wuhan virus is I've a lot more time to use the Egg!
Happy ending…😂😂
Where can I get the recipe for this video?
Hi Antonio - Here you are! Enjoy!

Where can I find The Happy Ending BBQ sauce?
It's been discontinued, Bachans sauce (available at ace) is a great alternative. Chef Jason
Is this the L or XL egg?
Large egg
does the apple cider effect the taste at all?
Not too much, adds a hint of sweetness but a ton of moisture
no foil?
Hi Jorge, I didn’t wrap in foil, I was going for ribs with more bark and texture. When I use foil it tends to steam them more for fall off the bone.
Haha, did he really relate the Asian BBQ sauce to a happy ending?? 😂
Where can I get that cutting board?
Hi Anthony, That's an Epicurean Cutting Board available on acehardware.com at this link www.acehardware.com/brands/epicurean That particular one is not online, but you can visit your local Ace and see about ordering it and it's sku #6394977D
I believe that you sprayed the ribs a little too much. There is already plenty of moister from the marbled ribs and drip pan.
Mustard used as a rub binder doesn't add any flavor.....
