I want to emulate this. I like the idea of cooking the food up front and then using the sizzling plates to present and finish off with the gravy. I wonder if you can hook up all those single burners to 1 gas tank?

Jusko. mga natatakam neto malamang ay yung mga di nakakain ng sampung araw. basic na piniritong baboy at manok na may crispy fry mix 🙄 ininit na kaning lamig 🙄 gravy na malabnaw 🙄 toppings itlog na hilaw 🙄 mas masarap pa yata magluto ang kapitbahay naming 3buwan na sanggol 🙄 punta kau dito sa bahay namin ipagluluto ko kau.
Their version of "sisig" I find it more expensive that they did it because they used pork belly, where as sisig is pig face, you just have to have an agreement with your meat seller to regularly supply you with pigface
Sisig will always be Pampanga but then again, various vendors make it streetfood style by adding various extenders or cooking methods to increase the yield of their product, far from authentic yes, but if its delicious and customers come back to it then its good.
