- Ellen G. White, a Seventh-day Adventist pioneer along with William Miller remind us why we exist. They kept their eyes on Jesus and studied the Bible to understand scripture and bring truth to a world of sin. They pushed spiritual Babylon aside to prepare God's people for things like the Mark of the Beast and the second coming of Jesus. They continued without forgetting the love that God desires for us to have toward Him and our fellow man. In this video we will study the Adventist journey and purpose.

Why is it that when we go to church we rarely hear anything about what is going on in the world? Pastor Finley is bringing up some points that we almost all seem to ignore. Do we realize whats really going on in our world? Im thinking we dont because if we did we would certainly be, at the very least, mentioning it in our pulpits and amongst ourselves in our churches. Someone will likely reply about how we cant know how close we are to Jesus coming, or that we just need to be ready now, and that is true, we do need to be ready now. But how many of us in our churches have no idea whats about to come and therefore are lazy and indifferent in our religous experience? It just boggles my mind how close we are, and we act like nothing is amiss.
We have Adventists that are planning to have children right now. I understand, and dont want to be callous toward those desires, but really? If this is where we are then we have no idea how close we are.
Just do some research on the real condition all across the board of things in our world today. We are literally on the very edge of complete global chaos. Economy, nuclear war, climate change, fires, floods, shortages of nearly everything, food factories being burned down, viruses, mass layoffs by the tens of thousands, walmarts closing, businesses going out of business left and right, restaurants closing, crime, homelessness, drug addiction in our streets, the collapse of the dollar, digital currencies right around the corner, civil unrest, labor union protests, mass shootings almost every month now, tornadoes causing destruction in state after state one after another, countries collapsing, economies collapsing, etc etc etc etc..... And we come to church carrying on and pretending like we have decades left to start families and buy houses and so forth while we hear and say almost nothing about the nearness of Jesus' coming, while 5 people show up at prayer meeting when 100 are present at Sabbath service every week.
All of these crisis are about to converge on us at a boiling point right now, not years from now, but now.
It is my sincere desire that even ONE person will read this and realize it just may be closer than they thought, and will seek a closer walk with God, and encourage others to do the same.

I saw Mark Levine today. He showed a document from the federal budget office. It clearly stated that we will run out of money in the next 4 years I think. He pointed out that this was mind blowing since it was a government office telling this truth. The Dems dont care and the Republicans are doing nothing. He said we would be pushing wheel barrows. Referring to inflation in Germany prior to Hitler. To me this fits in with prophecy.

Pastor, I would like to be able to sit down and have conversation with you concerning Biblical Truths and maybe even discover Why I struggle so.
I really enjoy the Line upon Line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a little Bible studies.
I've seen people take something simple and turn it into a huge controversial subject that honestly doesn't have anything to do with salvation. I don't want to study in this manner, I just want to have a straight path to Christ without distractions.

Jesus Christ chose the Apostle Paul and he was accepted by the other Apostles. He was sent to the gentiles, that's us. So why would anyone want to follow a denomination that doesn't follow Paul's teaching to the letter. When John finished the book of Revelation, Scripture says it is FINISHED. No adding or subtracting God said My Word is finished. Do you disagree with God or Paul? Revelation 22 18 and 19 warns against adding to or taking away from the Scriptures but people do it anyway. The next verses speak directly to a complete economic collapse (see Rev 18:5-24). So why do SDAs imagine that God will feed them if they do nothing to prepare for themselves? James says (James 2:18, 20)
......shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.........But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
Preparation for a "time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation...", per Dan 12:1 requires PHYSICAL prepping in addition to spiritual preparation. In actuality, true faith is developed by real hands-on need which getting out of the city lifestyle and being food-shelter-energy...economically self-sufficient will strengthen. For those planning to meet the Lord in the air, do not listen to deceptive snake-oil salesmen. AS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH.....what would have happened if Noah sat around waiting for God to save him without him actually building the ark? Hebrews commends Noah as a man of faith BECAUSE he built the ark and saved his family. Now is the time to be a prepper, all followers of Christ and particularly SDAs who love God.
Also, Satan used Psalms 91 to tempt Jesus to throw himself off the pinnacle. DO NOT IMAGINE that Psalms 91 can be claimed during the time of trouble IF YOU CHOSE TO DO NOTHING while there was time. (minute 23:05) The reply from Jesus is:

Ellen White and the others with her were non-trinitarians also. Why deflect from only one of her beliefs. If she was wrong about the trinity then she could be wrong about many of the other things she wrote about like Satan will be confined to the earth during the 1000 years. Revelation 20:3 clearly says: Satan ,the devil , will be chained and cast into the bottomless pit for a thousand years.

Why give a name other then the Apostolic church of Jesus Christ to those who believe and follow Jesus Christ. Teaching the message of Jesus Christ is the Biblical message. Starting a new church called Seven Day Adventists gives the impression of a different Gospel. There is only one true Gospel and that is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus didn't build his church on Ellen White, but St Peter. I for one cannot follow the teaching of anyone other than Jesus Christ. Why the deviation from the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ? This is the problem with religion. Jesus wants relationship not religion. All the early teachings by Adventists where proved to be wrong. None of the Apostles teaching was wrong so we must follow the Apostles teaching and call the church by its name. Maranatha

Plus, Jesus did not build his church on St. Peter, and neither do we believe that He built his teachings on Ellen White. He built the church on his word. The Bible is the foundation on which the church is built. All of our Adventist doctrines are straight from the Bible. There is nothing that we hold as our doctrine that is not found in the Bible. In fact, all of the doctrines that we believe are based on the teachings of the apostles as they are written in the Bible.
