I bought almost every Coltrane album that I could get my hands on, starting in 1970. I still have 90% of them on vinyl. Sahib Shihab also played a mean baritone sax. Coltrane of course was into his "sheets of sounds", shredding everything in it's path! I really loved his tone during this period. IMHO, the greatest tenor saxophonist in the universe!
When my power went out I tuned my battery radio to some station -this came on. It was a great night. Love the stop time.
