      Who also raised the dead
2 Kings 4: 32 When Elisha came into the house, he saw the child lying dead on his bed. 33 So he went in and shut the door behind the two of them and prayed to the Lord. 34 Then he went up and lay on the child, putting his mouth on his mouth, his eyes on his eyes, and his hands on his hands. And as he stretched himself upon him, the flesh of the child became warm. 35 Then he got up again and walked once back and forth in the house, and went up and stretched himself upon him. The child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes.

What he mentions at the end there is quite common for Christians to ask, and it's a weird question; "If God is all-loving, then who did He love before the creation of the world?" Implying that there must have been another coexisting alongside Him, whom He loved, and this then would be Jesus, according to what the question is really implying. But what this question reveals is a flawed concept of God. They'll say that He is The Ever-Living God, and that He's eternal, but I don't think they realize the implications of these descriptions. They will still think of God as being in time, and so there's a period of time, for God, that is 'before He created the world', and a period of time, for Him, that then starts and is 'after the world was created'. But God doesn't reach points on a timeline that have a 'before' and an 'after' to them. He does not pass through this sequential movement of time, and since 'time' is just the measurement of motion, then this really means that this concept of theirs is that of a god who is experiencing sequential events. There's a cessation of a moment, an event, a state, or a reality, followed by an emergence of a new moment, event, state of being, or reality, and this process then goes on and on, and this places this god in spacetime, just like we exist in spacetime. Isn't the attribute of Him being capable of showing loving mercy, by necessity, a beginninglessly eternal and ever-lasting attribute? Are there citeria attached to Him having this attribute? If so; if there needs to be an object of love, placed infront of Him, so to speak, then this is less than perfect, because now the attribute can only apply when there's a criterion that is being met, and the attribute is nullified when this criterion is not met, and it's certainly more perfect to have beginninglessly eternal and ever-lasting attributes that are necessarily and absolutely pertinent and not dependent on the existence of others, as opposed to having attributes that only become pertinent once specific criteria are in place. And God must be attributed with absolute perfection. He is not in time, and so His attributes are true and real, always, without beginning and without end. Therefor, He is The Loving, always and per definition, even when He exists and there is nothing else existing besides Him. Besides, this idea that there must have been 'something' coexisting alongside The Creator since past eternity is straight out of Plato's (and other Greek thinkers) literature. Plato believed that the "monogenes ouranos", i.e. "the only begotten heaven", coexisted alongside "The Maker" since past eternity, which meant that in his views, the universe itself was beginninglessly eternal, and it's for the exact same type of reasoning. They believed that since God is eternal, then He must have been creating something since beginningless eternity. But the only begotten heaven really meant "the uniquely created universe", and they didn't believe that the world was Divine in the same sense that Christians believe "the only begotten son" was Divine. Rather, the universe, in general, as a whole, is a unique creation, only in the sense that it has no beginning. They reasoned that God's precedence over the created universe, is the same as your existence preceding that of your shadow. Your shadow is dependent on your existence, but not the other way around; and you and your shadow coexist simultaneously. This reasoning was refuted by the likes of imam Al Ghazali, many centuries ago, and it applies to the Christian beliefs just the same.

    History of Christianity
Christianity was never supposed to be a religion. Unlike Islam, whose name was given by the Prophet Muhammad, Christianity was not named by its founder or even its followers.
“Christian” started as a nickname for people who followed Jesus. The nickname was given by non-Christians. “Christian” means “Christ man.” “Christ” means “Messiah.” Both “Christ” and “Messiah” mean the chosen and anointed leader that God promised to the Jewish people. Christians were people who believed that Jesus was the promised Christ.
The word “Christianity” came much later. The followers of Jesus got organized and made decisions about what belonged in their faith and what did not belong. They set up a hierarchy of rulers with priests, bishops, cardinals and a pope. It had been a movement, but it began to look more like an institution and a system. So, people gave it a name, Christianity.
As for the Bible, that word just means “The Book.” The word “Bible” does not appear inside the Bible. Instead, you can know that it is “The Book” by reading what’s inside. You’ll see about 2500 times, “God said…” or words like that, recorded by different prophets over a period of about 1400 years, so you will know that it is the word of God.
While the word “Bible” does not occur inside the Bible, other similar words do, including “scripture” (this means writings, especially holy writings), “book of the law” (showing that it is God’s law), and “gospel” (this means the good news that Jesus brought from God).

      @@danielrussell6079 no problem.
This however does not answer the objection made in the video, these verses don't speak of a prophesied Messiah that will be killed and raised after 3 days, this is yet another attempt by Christians to make something fit "draw a bulls eye around the shot arrow"... and beside verse 9 says "my body will rest secure" so it's not clear here what he means "realm of dead" perhaps means the punishment.

@@farhat5325 yes it does friend. Firstly did David die the answer is Yes he did die. Is his body in the ground Yes. Is his body seen decay Yes. So this verse Davidks not talking about himself but another. Jesus died on the cross he was buried and he rose again. So his body did not see decay because he rose on the third day. God did not abandon Jesus in the grave but raised him back to life.
This only points to Jesus not David. We must conclude from this psalm God is showing David a vision of the future redemption of Israel and the World.

@@danielrussell6079 the simplest way of understanding this psalm first of all it doesn't speak about the messiah, david here is basically speaking about himself it's autobiographical and on the simplest level if you read the entire psalm it's speaking about david really here thanking god and expressing his appreciation that god saved him from tremendous danger david was often on the brink of death there were plenty of people trying to kill him and so david here is basically saying that god didn't allow him to die and go down into the grave and that seems to be really the simplest way of understanding this psalm and it's actually a theme that comes up frequently in in the whole book of psalms in psalm 30 verse 4 and psalm 56 14 in psalm 116 verse 8 many places david basically acknowledges that his life was in great danger meaning he could have gone down to the grave it could have been the end of the show and yet god did not allow that to happen, god preserved his life, so that may be one way of looking at this passage, the other way of looking at It is that he's expressing here his confidence that even after he dies it's not going to be the end of the story meaning that he's confident that his soul will go on to be with god even after his death which is not something that specifically applies only to david or only to the messiah this applies to all human beings that are essentially in god's good graces, the bible speaks about the idea that you know the soul because it's not physical like the body it does not decompose does not die basically but it returns to god after death and there is a teaching in the bible that there will be at some future point a resurrection of all the dead meaning that after people die throughout history they're not immediately resurrected but we know that while their body is buried and decomposes their soul continues to exist in some form some relationship with god and then the bible says in ecclesiastes chapter 12 verse 7 and in daniel chapter 12 verse 2 i think that there'll be a resurrection that these bodies will be reconstituted but the point is there's nothing here that is limiting this idea to the messiah specifically it's a general idea that applies to basically many many many people and so this passage in psalms really is pretty useless when it comes to being some kind specific proof about the messiah, and there is even a belief amongst Muslims that prophets bodies do not decompose and remain as is until they are also resurrected on the day of judgment, and besides this verse if you insist it is about jesus who you believe is God, how is it that your NT says "I will lay it down and bring back up again" which contradicts this verse when he is saying God did not allow him to decompose and raised him up ?

    Hello

    Sahih bukari volume 2
    Book 23
    Number 329
"Alaaah's Apostle said, "Someone came to me from my Lord and gave me the news (or good tidings) that if any of my followers dies worshipping none (in any way) along with Allaaa, he will enter Paradise." I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft."
What nonsense mohammaddd is saying. Islammm is non sense and terrorsimm is aim. Any one can do shirk theft or adultery. Foolishness.
