I have a doubt...... pulmonary artery lung ke paas blood ko carry krta h .... Naki lung se away le jata h and left ventricle me oxygenated blood hota h naki deoxygenated.....

pulmonary arteries carry blood from the right side of the heart to the lungs.
pulmonary veins transport oxygenated blood back to the heart from the lungs, while the pulmonary arteries move deoxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs
And Yess, left ventricle pumps the oxygen-rich blood to the body through a large network of arteries

One doubt hai sir
Left 1° bronchus vo decide hokar 3 2° bronchi deta hai to yahan 2 hi kaise 3 kyu nhi enter Kar Rahe?

Because there is 2 lobes in left lungs and each lobe is divided into 5 bronchopulmonary segments so there is 10 bronchopulmonary in left side
Similarly in right side there is 3lobes but upper lobe have 3 bronchopulmonary Segments and middle lobe have 2 Bronchopulmonary segments and lower have 5 bronchopulmonary segments
Total 10 bronchopulmonary segment in right side also

And The left main bronchus gives rise to 2 secondary bronchi: left upper lobe bronchus. left lower lobe bronchus.
