Kadz you deserve so much for helping us out like this .. life is hard man and not all of us have grands spare for courses your giving away some mad knowledge for free.. may allah give you more in this life my bro inshallah
Hi Kadz, great video as always Not sure if this topic would be to much to fit in, but could you possibly do a video on the end of the financial year checklist... I.e what to send to companies house, what taxes to pay etc Like i said it may be a slightly big topic, just feel it would be a good video to see for many of your followers and subscribers who havent been self employed before yet want to start a recruitment business - myself included Thanks for all your doing
Hi Mark, i use an accountant for my end of year. I would be happy to show how i do things but... i have to check if i can publicly give advise on finance if im not a qualified accountant?
Could you make a video on touching up, where to focus etc. in terms of the hospitality/tourism sector? Hence recruitment for these industries went to 0 but slowly coming back.
@@kadzmoney yes definitely. That is also my projection. I am living in the Gulf - we see that demand starts to come back but the visa closure is an issue. We are waiting for the private sector to give green light. We hope the visa market will open around January hence labour is necessary to fulfill demand for upcoming projects here. Health sector will definitely something to consider right now but internal recruitment.
I was thinking of doing these 3 topics but drivers instead of warehouse. These 3 sectors will be in demand for agencies like Kadz said for many years to come.
Yeah. I did recruit for drivers before class 1 and 2... difficult unless you got a company that pays and treats drivers well as they dont stick around.
The problem is a lot of this involves temp placements, and the cost of setting up a temp agency with all the other types of insurance needed costs thousands of pounds. I can only do permanent, do you think it's still possible to make 50k in first year of permanent only?
Looks gd. Apart from the made with Wix banners. Make sure it says something about what you do or what sector you recruit in soon as somebody lands on the page.
If we become highly successful from recruitment and need to start hiring workers ro twke some off the workload off ourselves, could you make a video discussing what positions we should hire people for and what their duties will be.
Believe me there are mutli million pound billers who work for themselves sitting at home. You don't need to hire although I have in the past and will probably hire next year. I could touch on the subject for sure in an upcoming video
@@kadzmoney if i hired myself mulitple recruiters, would they only be tasked with finding candidates or wouls they also be expected to bring in new clients and what bonus payments would they receive.

Hey Kadz, think automotive industry like mechanics etc be too hard to recruit or a good sector? Also chef jobs like u said in an old video? Thanks

I would say you will struggle big time in those sectors to make consistent money until spring/summer 2021
