So every time vegeta uses UE he should grow increasing stronger in base form considering the saiyan blood factor that when "defeated" and healed they are automatically stronger. Considering Vegeta UE must receive damage for UE to grow stronger thus making base vegeta stronger each and every time he uses it. Could you imagine vegeta doing a Final Explosion hakai while in UE - just on the onset of transforming into UE he does a Final explosion using Hakai energy to Self Inflict a power up...
