I’m just going to say it, I think Caterina was a better romance for Ezio than Sofia or Cristina. Let me explain. I know that within canon Caterina has expressed that she doesn’t feel the same for Ezio, which I theorize that she may have only said this because she wanted to make things easier on them both because she knew the two were destined for different paths in life and because she is the tough love kind of person, but the two have this banter that the other two women in Ezio’s life just didn’t have with him. The chemistry is real and the sexual tension is very high, but their personalities make for great scenes. For me, Caterina should have been a romance for Ezio beyond that one time they banged. Maybe they could have pursued a relationship for a while, one that could have went somewhere but eventually came to the realization that their paths are different from one another and decide to part ways, adding to the tragedy of Ezio’s life, especially when she dies in 1509.
In the book for AC II I believe it is implied that Caterina and Ezio enjoyed some time together while he was recovering from his stab wound. I remember reading something about Caterina reaching her hand into Ezio's underwear while he was recovering.
Let me give you some advice from one assassins creed player to another an assassins blade is helpful but a true assassin uses his tools with them such as your throwing knives or your smokes bombs it makes it’s easier to kill them and with throwing knives you can sometimes stay undetected trust me I may be 18 but I have much wisdom as an assassin in assassins creed combat trust me on this
