You should’ve left me to die

Backstory:
Katsuro (the man in the video) had attempted to kill himself when he was 21, but his fiancée saved him. And as a result of her staying with him, soon to be married to Katsuro, she was murdered by Katsuro’s brother (who was trying to ruin Katsuro’s life.)
This is him wishing that his fiancée just left him to die so she would be able to live.
