Kenyans and Jamaicans have a chemistry. I know this coz how much Jamaican music is embraced in Kenya. You only need to watch One Love show on Citizen TV on Saturdays. She is sweet...wondering if she has a siz ...my bro needs a Jamaican girl.

Beautiful, beautiful part of the world...Big Indian influence..Thank you Xavier so I'm Jamaican but British born but have lived in the US since 1989.... Unlike Jamerican's..."I am a Jamaican'😜

I am USA, and I missed my grits, turkey bacon, corn meal, mustard greens in Acapulco. I am Muslim, so I do not eat pork or pork products, and I do not do drugs or drink. If you are a nice person, you will always RESPECT other cultures. I am loving learning how brown people report on all the places in the world. I know Africa from A-z, but Morocco and Zimbabwe, I know first hand. There are good and evil demons in all cultures, but I SMILE and drive them crazy. Put a d before anger, and you get danger. God loves all of us equally.
Xavier, These are good interviews but I would like you to ask the guests about their livelihood and/or investment/employment opportunities in their new home countries. The almost temperate climate in the Kenyan Highlands caused the Europeans/British to settle. Your guest mentioned the "Luo" tribal group to which Pres Obama's late father belonged. Read up on the Kenyans' fight for independence!! You lost a great opportunity with the economist, in another East African country, who was ready to give substantial information.
On Indian food; yes, we do ha e an Indian community, but also, the Swahili people have been in contact with Indians and Persians for centuries, so some of their culture kinda rubbed off on the Swahili people and Kenyans generally by extension
@jamaica I am heading to Kenya in November. Is there anyway I can get get intouch with your guest? I am trying to get some seeds. Ackee and breadfruit.
I'm surprised she didn't say anything about the fact Jamaican food has alot more diversity, and Kenyans don't season there meats, also she should have said ugali is similar to turn cornmeal but turn cornmeal has more taste and is yellow
What happened if someone refuse their meat. Will they feel offended? I don't want to compromise my religious values by eating animals that are forbidden in the bible.
Most food in Kenya is halal by default you will be surprised to know we have a big Somali and oromo population of which most are Muslim and we do business and cohabitate with amicably
Am kenyan and we don't have natural oils, gas and minerals... Our economy depends on tourism, agriculture and other things. Corruption is the politically active...
