lents have 3 full differnt color morphs , spotted face is just a made up name also , the spots are out of spawn season and juvenile markings, they can push pigment and only get full red in pre and post spawning , you can check out my channel for some videos of them in different color stages , i am not trying to run a youtube channel just some personal videos for some friends , i spent 6 years working on methods of pairing and dealing with pairing aggression , and hoping to get back to it once i move , cheers!

Hi Darius, Concerning the PIKE. I bought a BLACK LINED PIKE, But it has a tiny spotted face with purple hue through the fins. I was wondering if it will look like yours when it grows? mine is about 4 inches right now.
With my peacock bass no small fish stands a chance...I believe my pike has a similar attitude but its mouth is much smaller. The smallest species of schooling fish I've tried was spotted silver dollars, and my bass swallowed a 4 incher!

Thank you...it measures 96"x36"x24" (inches). My basement door was 25" so this was the largest I could do!

They're vicious. But they'll be kept in check if you set them up with equally or more aggressive cichlids, like terrors and devils

Have you ever tried putting tiny tiny fish like tetras or something perhaps small enough to not be food? Or does it all get eaten immediately?

Mine is pretty aggressive, but I think adult rays should be safe, smaller rays may be targeted
