Could you help me Plzz... I'm student of organic chemistry gonna analyse my sample(hplc analysis) my sample is plant extract soluble in different organic solvent sach as dcm, ethyle acetate, hexane etc... Should I give my sample as it is in dissolved in different solvent or I have to ready it in some other way before analysis for hplc??
Must all of the components of the sample be polar for reverse phase HPLC? Especially, what do you do if your sample has polar and nonpolar components (i.e. that are not water soluble?)
Non-polar samples can also be analysed depending on the characteristics of the sample. I suggest u search reported methods of the compound and make the necessary adjustment.
Dear Dr. Aminu, this is a very clear instruction, thank you! Looking forward to see more instructional videos from you 🙏🏻
Interesting guide to HPLC
Very usefull video, especially for those who start in HPLC (like me). Thanks!
