Good video. Plainfield could consider their new vehicle being a Quint. They only staff with 3, so cross jump, this would make an all in one vehicle at station 3 and a pumper at station 1. Like they said, they often use the 'squad' for small calls so having just one other vehicle that merges all their needs make sense and saves money, and reduces the fleet.
@SFDbricksandmodels so the platform is also able to pump water with the addition of a couple of hose lines off the back as well. But I totally agree with you.
But you aren’t a member there, so you don’t really know. You are just assuming. You’re giving your thought. But why don’t you let them do, what they want to do. Because let’s face it, they don’t care what you think and they’re going to do what they want and what will fit their needs best.
Thank you for another wonderful walk through of a great combo, FD 😊❤ a big thanks to the female administration for setting the tour up. And big thanks to Chief doing the walk through 😊. I love the EMS concept of what we call ( cares) units. To help cut the frequent flyer call volume down. We operator with a nurse and social worker as crew I love the DOG idea at the workplace in the fire station 😊❤😊 for me on my newest private owned Rig ( 1989 Spartan Gladiator pumper), my mini Australian Shepherd ( Blaze) sits on the engine cover between me and my officer ( wife) as you all know the history of ( Dalmatians) in Fire service is a traditional thing. The black and white spots the horse could watch, the getting horse to run faster. For me, I wanted a dog that was smart and great with kids. The show and tell with the Spartan at public events having a small dog that some kids love more than getting in drivers seat of engine. I wanted a dog that stayed by my wife side when she had kids get in the engine. 😊 baby boy, Blaze is so calm even in parades standing on engine cover looking out front at everyone 😊 He is very calm even with the siren turned on.
Simply have them send us an email with the invite. Include contacts address and a brief description of what they would like to highlight. That way we can work on a schedule to get there. Thanks for the suggestion! Thx for watching
