The comic relief of the Sky Pirates. Abandoned by his mother as an egg, never fit in with the Serpentine due to being a hybrid, gets picked up by a djinn for his pirate crew, banished to another realm, brought back years later, constantly has bouts of stutterering, gets airsick, has to watch his captain slowly get more and more obsessed with getting one girl because she looks like his dead girlfriend, forced to use his wishes despite never wanting to because he felt he had everything already, then finally calls out hia captain on his attitude and obsession on the day of his wedding, then gets banished by the very captain who took him in. And that's just what happened in an alternate timeline wished away.

I think he should come back in dragons rising, with arrakore in the picture, I'd bet the djinn is gonna go around the merged lands granting wishes to anyone in need, and that arrakore wpuld meet clancee and take him in as an equal unlike how nadakhan treated clancee. Either way, clancee has got to return

One of the creators confirmed, I think on Twitter, hes a venomari and hypnobrai hybrid with a mutation too. Tho I headcanon hes venomari for the green color, and anacondrai for the head since he lived 200 years before the anacondrai were imprisoned, so in his time all the tribes were still alive but maybe not united
