In this 90-minute workshop, Craig shares several powerful practices you can incorporate into your life to help you stay centered and grounded no matter what challenges the pandemic brings your way.
Thanks very much for sharing.
Thank you for sharing yourself in this video. I am feeling very concerned for our nation and I needed to watch this tonight. It is hard to not get blown over in the storm... I will try to hold equanimity and strength and steadiness by increasing my meditation practice.
How did you do?
I believe that teachings like these are going to arise and multiply and the light will shine even brighter as external darkness seems to be increasing. True reality is spiritual not external.
Seeing this 4 months after the post is interesting. Not only has the pandemic continued, but protests against racism are included in the chaos. Craig's words create a space to remember our true nature. I will aim to pay this forward. 🙏❤🙏
Thank you for reminding us to surrender to our greater selves .. collectively in our quiet strength, we have the capacity to vibrationally radiate within, which joins that which is without, for the change of the greater good with all creation. Thank you Craig. Nameste
Thank you for taking the time to put these insights and awareness-es, for the world to 'getta grip' during this chaotic time of events. To those who would come upon this with open hearts and minds, that they may know this greater understanding, and find the courage to move forward upon their daily path of life, whatever/however that unfolds for them. In this age of bombardment by instant this+that, if even for a momentary choice to listen to a snip-it, as a 'Johnny-Appleseed' you have done well. Here's to Humanity's well-being!!!
Wonderful job Craig! May God continue to lighten your paths and bless your ministry! Thanks for sharing your knowledge to us!
Thanks so much!
Just found you Craig Hamilton - finally, thank goodness I have found someone who feels and knows reality as it really is...awesome, thank you...following everything you do now :)
Very good insights and pratices ! Thank you and congratulations 👏💪🙏
Thank you for the insight into transforming spirituality. I have gained so much and finally understand the peace and freedom that I have been looking for that I have not been able to fully grasp by doing all the other spiritual disciplines. I can now embrace the emotional and mental conflict I experience when change is present, and it is always present and throws me of track and into stress and confusion. Again thank you so much.
Reality is not what we think. Thought offers no access to reality. We are susceptible to being programmed and programming ourselves with our senses. The nature of the energies that control these conditions and controlled by faculties beyond us, and is unavailable to us. We are not aligned with the vibrations of these essences because we choose the lower vibrations to operate by and to live with. We realize that what we choose is not real because we are not at peace or in crisis. The Christ (in us at that point) is not cultivated according to law. Only then do we begin to seek ease for our dis-ease. Instead of pushing forward to the higher dimensions of awareness or consciousness within for venture further outside surrendering to more susceptible agents that further contaminate the energy rendering it toxic. This leads to more complex forms of non-physical psychosis of aspects of the mind. The mental, emotional, behavioral and psychological are also expressions of the spirit. We associate spirit with positive energy and thought. while the mental disconnect or the polarity is the opposite. When we go inward we get closer to our truth. The spiritual practices we cultivate allow us to be in the oneness of the ALL, in harmony and balance with what is. It is in this state that we surrender the rendered toxicity we indulged in. We can dedicate our lives to our destiny, divinity, and service to humanity.
This moment of learning,,,introspection...planted a seed of hope... in life...purpose...direction. It helped to energize my need to keep on keeping on...in the NOW.
I liked all of these postures. In your current workshops, do you include any of these postures: gratitude, compassion, love, forgiveness or appreciation? Also, I find it manageable to assume one posture at a time, but are you suggesting we assume all of the postures simultaneously?
Thank you a lot!
Thank you so much Craig !
