Due to a severe shoulder injury Junho suffered in 2010 during an acrobatics practice and for which he underwent major surgery in 2012, ( until now he still taking some painkillers 😔) he was judged unfit for active duty soldier . So he worked as Public Service Worker . So he can let his hair grow as he wants .

Junho was a public service worker so that may be why his hair is a bit longer, when the rest of the members came back their hair was short as they were active duty soldiers
