and a beautiful woman, very sweet too, she has such a nice and sweet character, doesn't hurt a fly, often abused her but has become very smart because of it, here's a proverb for that
GONE THROUGH DAMAGE AND SHAME, if I'm right, but she has become over the years, I've had the opportunity to speak to her a few times and I have a soft spot for her and she is a fantastic singer and a fantastic person .greetings Jan❤️❤️👍👍❤️❤️

If I am not mistaken this performance was during the very last show of DWDD. It should have been a big show with a lot of people, but because of COVID it was very minimal. But that contributed to the ambiance of her performance.

There isn't that much in Dutch at the beginning Paul. Ilse says 'shall I do it?' and then the response to that is 'yeah sure' ;-) Thank you for reacting to this. Love ya :-)

The song is based upon Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.
The only reason I know this, is because the parson used the verse in my fathers funeral.
