On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.
If you enjoy war thunder or Microsoft flight simulator 2020 or even dogfighting in Battlefield 2042, consider getting yourself into Digital Combat Simulator by Eagle Dynamics, the Combat side of Aviation with the BVR and Dogfights really provides a different and interesting perspective on aviation. You can fly all kinds of combat aircraft including the F-16, F-15, F-14, JF-17, Su-27, Mig-29, Mirage and the F-18 Hornet along with many other aircraft and helicopters like the Ka-50 and Mi-8.

Really impressive flying from Toxic, I know its really difficult to land those shots but he had so many near-misses I think he could've took this set 2-1 if not swept the Viper.
that SU can made turns in one spot and put his nose on any directions, if you actually know how to fly this SU, so... land "hit" shots not so difficult, if you know how to fly this thing

F16 is one of the most versatile aircraft ever made. Wondering if DCS will get an update for the viper to the v/block 70-72 variant, which would make it even more capable in bvr

@@fillnc most notable ones are an aesa radar and a better datalink module. It also has a new display, similar to the f35’s display, and it’s placed under the hud, replacing the analogue gagues. It’s a pretty neat upgrade, i think lockheed martin made a post about it with more details
@@fillncblock 70 has AESA radar (better detection range and can detect low RCS better, less susceptible to jamming)
It also has Viper shield EW suite, sensor fusion.

Damn, I loved seeing the kill shots from the enemy POV in the second fight. Also at 11:50 the sounds man, no game comes close!
The su30sm is a su30 that has been upgraded to su35e standards which is basically 90's tech. The new su35sm has modernized airframe and engines saving several tons in weight with more thrust and supercruise ability. Also upgraded to su57 avionics and radars making it a true 4.5 gen. We need to see one of those modeled in DCS.
It can't happen because there's not much publicly available information for jets like that

No, he didn't. He took broadside shots while GS' helmet HUD was looking at him. If you don't see the funnel, the bandit isn't in front of GS.
@@blshouse what it again, @10:59 sure looks like a head-on shot to me. No where near a broadside shot.
@@likwidchris id say he was pushing the limit of the head on rule but GS was far enough for it to possibly not be considered a head on. i dont think GS had the ability to actually pull him into the hud, just got close to it
TBH the no-headon policy doesn't make as much sense in a fight with aircraft that can just choose to point the nose from a defensive position, like at 17:43
@stevenhartman2605 The no head on rule is to make sure there's no mutual kills. So even if it's done from what'd usually be a defensive position, it wouldn't really matter as it'll still end in a mutual kill, which wouldn't really be an interesting fight.
