Her reaction was inappropriate? Most of women gymnasts have only one olympic! They work since their born to do olympics! It's right that she cried, I have cried for her! So stop judge her. She is amazing.
I totally agree, I honestly cried watching it at home! Being a former gymnast, I can't imagine how absolutely heart breaking that was for her. Btw the montage is awesome!
I sincerely hope no one said her reaction was inappropriate. ANYONE would break down in tears after that. If they didn't, they didn't want it that badly. The reaction I remember is her coming back for the team final and conducting herself in one of the most mature ways most adults will never do in their entire lives. This lady has class.
kras118 that had to be horrible. It still breaks my heart. Do you think her coach knew? His face at 3:44 was one of concern unless I’m completely misreading it.
Jordyn was amazing, a world all around champion and Olympic team champion. Qualifying that day wasn’t her day, and it was tough to see her so upset. She rallied back though, fought for her team and that gold they won, and proved her mettle. Now she is coaching and positively influencing a whole generation of amazing athletes!!
It could be just me, but I could sense something was wrong was Jordyn since the first day of the trials. She was taking very tiny steps on beam that was very unusual for her, and during her double double pass on floor, she took a very tiny step after landing that which she normally does not do, and repeated it at London. I wasn't surprised when they announced she had a stress fracture since she was showing signs. I admire her for competing still and acting strong though she had to be in pain.
I love Jordyn Wieber so much! I really hope she continues on for 4 more years and make it to Rio. She's so great a gymnast that to see her go out like that (not making AA finals) would really be heartbreaking. Love your montages on Jordyn as well as all the other gymnasts, by the way. I think I'm going to subscribe in appreciation :)!
i truly believe if Wieber qualified over Raisman that she would have taken the bronze over Mustafina. everyone always talks about Aly's consistency but she wasnt on beam that day & it really did cost her
Aly actually had a better qualifying score than Gaby so if Jordyn qualified it would have been instead of Gaby and the final would have been completely different
hahhahah weiber lost to aliya in dance floor olympic. How can you say she is near to aliya the 5 times world champions and 2 times olympic gold champion? are you crazy?
Jordyn total point is way lower than aliya mustafina in world all around championship 2011. Aliya score 61.2 higher than jordyn only 58.43. what all of you talking about. btw usa let jordyn robbed aliya in at&t championship with only 0.06 different total point. Tim digget said aliya complete her jump in at&t dance floor but jordyn fell from uneven bars. Obviously usa rob gold medal from aliya in at&t. Aliya deserve that winning in olympic and jordyn cant surpass her even if she qualify. aliya is better than jordyn.
@@izzehank1608 and jordyn scored what an 11.3 on bars in that comp you’re referring to? Ya that’s not even remotely accurate from you, and I was a child when I commented that
From the failure in TQ to the success and cooperation with the team in TF, it must be really hard for her. Hope to see her again this year in VISA or WAG. Best wishes to her!
Aly proved that she's way better and knows how to be tough and hit the routine when needed. Jordyn is great but not near as great as Raisman with 2 Golds and a Bronze.
i felt so bad for her when she didn't make it to the all around and you could tell that she was really devastated and i mean my heart really went out to her but jordyn is a strong athlete and shes awesome and i still love her as a gymnast
Only by themselves. Jordyn was honestly robbed by her COACH who constructed routines that were not going to get her scores that would put her into AA finals. She had connections on beam that would never be credited by international judges- who are rightly much more strict. Her bars was a constant mess. Victoria robbed herself by having that absolutely blown vault, simple as that.
The reason why I think it is sad she didn't make it to the all around is because she qualified 4th out of all of the gymnasts. I understand the two person per country rule but if you qualify 4th and see all of these other gymnasts that qualified behind you go to the all-around, it is tough. I wish that she would have gone but I don't begrudge Gabby or Ally their chance, I just wish the rule woule be changed.
I don't know. Her routines were not well constructed and she was making small errors on them throughout 2011-2012 way before she had an injury. I feel like she rarely won outright--she won cause others lost it for themselves or she was given the benefit of the doubt. I never felt like she was that dominant--certainly not as much as a Shawn Johnson. I think she was also pushed into doing skills too soon in her career and was not paced correctly. She was among the best athletes in her quad but forgettable afterward.
if jordyn had qualified she would have knocked dougie out since aly was 1st and now dougie is the aa olympic champion. i feel terrible for jordyn but im happy it was dougie who competed in the aa and not her since she won it
What is there not to get? She didn't make it because she scored lower than the other gymnasts, pretty simple concept. Just because she won the all around before doesn't mean she is entitled to be in the All-Around again.
Jordyn was underscored during qualifications on beam and floor. Both routines should have gotten 15.0. She had great form on both. That would have gotten her a score of 60.666. Despite being underscored, she had a score of 60.032, placed fourth, and therefore should have gotten into the all around final.
Why was this one only about the heart break of her qualifications when the others had all of the girls'' routines? Jordyn did so much for our team during the Olympics and her efforts during the team final and floor event finals should have been included
To be honest she deserves far more credit than she's getting here. Look at what that evil prick of a coach was putting her through not to mention Larry Nassar. I'm glad her coach isn't on this planet anymore
I cried for her too. I hate the 2 per country rule. the top 6 should all advance no matter what country since they all reasonably have medal chances. maybe even 10.
This was a very good video last few months after hearing the girl speak with all the troubles going on I've been kind of going back and watching all of this stuff and yeah gymnastics rules need to change they were too hard the best is the best and she should have gotten her opportunity she qualified 4th and that competition she should have been allowed to compete just my opinion
You can't do that, if your an athlete talking to the media is a big responsibility. It was her duty to talk to the media, thats why they made her do it.
i don't think its right to say that one deserved it more than the other. aly had also wanted to be olympic all around champion, people just counted her out. just because aly wasn't winning all year long like jordyn and gabby were doesn't mean she didn't want it just as much as they did. she earned her spot in the AA final because she scored better than both gabby and jordyn. fair is fair.
I know I'm really late, but people always say bad things to komova because she cried and defend wieber's reactions. Those girls have worked so hard in their lives to reach the Olympics and only to be disappointed. Same goes for Gabby in Rio, she just didn't show her emotions like these 16 year old kids. Tough girls, these gymnasts are.
Aly beat Gabby and Jordyn in qualifications, of course she deserved her place. Jordyn had a good history, but that didn't her moment. Who knows in the next year she win the world again.

People saying tht her reaction was inappropriate are people who don't know what it's like to work their whole life for this only moment !
Her reaction was inappropriate? Most of women gymnasts have only one olympic! They work since their born to do olympics! It's right that she cried, I have cried for her!
So stop judge her. She is amazing.
I never understood people calling gymnasts bad sports and sore losers just for crying
same thing goes for vika Komova, you Americans constantly bash her for crying but when American cries its ok?
I totally agree, I honestly cried watching it at home! Being a former gymnast, I can't imagine how absolutely heart breaking that was for her. Btw the montage is awesome!

Agree! and what about the interview she gave after qualifications? She was very gracious and mature, even as she was fighting back tears
kras118 that had to be horrible. It still breaks my heart. Do you think her coach knew? His face at 3:44 was one of concern unless I’m completely misreading it.
Absolutely. She focused on helping her team get that gold, and greatly contributed. Qualifying wasn’t her day, but that certainly was.
@@saragrant9749 Its funny that you make fun of Russians for crying but support Americans when they cry.
Same with Komova in AA.
No matter what, she is still be a true champion and one of my favourite gymnasts of all time.
best video ever this is just what you call a champion
Poor girl - I was absolutely devastated for her!

This is an amazing video. Jordyn's gymnastic feats are amazing. You did a terrific job with this montage.

Damn, missing the all around with a qualification 60.032? that's heart breaking.
every time i see this video i cry
Absurd two per country rule...
im crying watching this :'(
From the failure in TQ to the success and cooperation with the team in TF, it must be really hard for her. Hope to see her again this year in VISA or WAG. Best wishes to her!
this makes me cry soooooooooooooo hard

amazing montage, she did incredible with her injury! but i feel so bad knowing how she could've done without it :(
they have said that they didn't count her connections on the balance beam
i felt so bad for her when she didn't make it to the all around and you could tell that she was really devastated and i mean my heart really went out to her but jordyn is a strong athlete and shes awesome and i still love her as a gymnast
Jordyn has the prettiest brown eyes I've ever seen.
Both Jordyn and Komova were robbed in this Olympic games! Such a shame!

there were a few hesitations and wobbles - but some of the links were definitely connected!
Gooo Jordyn
thank you! I'm sure without her injury she would've bee qualify for the AA
I don't know. Her routines were not well constructed and she was making small errors on them throughout 2011-2012 way before she had an injury. I think the two per country rule should only apply to individual events but AA should be all the top qualifiers, the best against the best.
Beautiful work.
What's this song?
Thank you so much :)
no no, I was upset with guys who say that her reaction was inappropriate :)
its just so sad that she didn't ever even get a chance to accomplish what she wanted. truly upsetting.
I love watching her ..she is so perfect ...makes it look easy ...;)
this is one of the best montages i have ever seen!!!! but did she fall in quals??????? on beam???
Its so sad to think what these girls went through at that time 😞
What's the song please? :) And very beauthiful montage
Was sad, but Raisman and Gabby had more dificult! Try again Jordyn!
Finally someone with sense. Jordyn is wonderful, she had a lot of potential but she lacked some things that others had. I love her routines.
if jordyn had qualified she would have knocked dougie out since aly was 1st and now dougie is the aa olympic champion. i feel terrible for jordyn but im happy it was dougie who competed in the aa and not her since she won it
Really off topic, she as really pretty eyes

during the warm-up !
I really like Jordyn.

Janet Ratliff 2 per country says no :(
I know, but then when did the fall at 2:48 take place ???
Mi gimnasta americana favorita!!
Does anyone know why was she crying for?
0:34 so cute!
where did you get the footage of olympics? NBC
tu est forte, continue comme ça!! (:

Hey I was wondering if i could use some of your footage? I will credit you and put your video in description box? thanks :)
whats the name of the song?
I cried for her too. I hate the 2 per country rule. the top 6 should all advance no matter what country since they all reasonably have medal chances. maybe even 10.
why are jordyn and her mam so sad after vault?
I love her so much btw.:)

that is true, but still sad
OKAY!!! How the Heck can yours upload but mine is blocked!! DD: Haha btw it's @gwen_sullivan from twitter!!(:
such a shame that she peaked the year before the olympics...
why didn't they let her leave when she wanted to? How messed is that.
That was her reaction after aly qualified for the all around and jordyn didnt
OMG thank you so much :O
No she didn't fall but did some mistakes that cost her the second place for the AA :/
i don't think its right to say that one deserved it more than the other. aly had also wanted to be olympic all around champion, people just counted her out. just because aly wasn't winning all year long like jordyn and gabby were doesn't mean she didn't want it just as much as they did. she earned her spot in the AA final because she scored better than both gabby and jordyn. fair is fair.
Aly won the floor, and wieber nothing. Aly deserved.
they didn't count the 1s that she did make
So I just have to report it?
Wieber had so much promise. But that shin injury and that absurd 2 women per country rule pretty much ruined everything.
The same thing happen with Komova, she worked very very hard and always is robbed.
I know I'm really late, but people always say bad things to komova because she cried and defend wieber's reactions. Prajakta P Truth. Both are amazing and I wish them every success in the future
haha I reported that it was unusefull to block it !
Aly beat Gabby and Jordyn in qualifications, of course she deserved her place. Jordyn had a good history, but that didn't her moment. Who knows in the next year she win the world again.
Jordyn had more difficulty then raisman, raisman is fantastic, but Jordyn deserved to be in the AA final, not aly
ooh i understand :/
I agree. Komova was robbed again!
