Erron Black is such a badass being from out of his own time period and honestly being trusted to lead entire legions and task forces. But he gets punked so easily, he basically becomes the Boba Fett of Mortal Kombat
Erron Black is honestly one of the cooler new characters. Something about a cowboy doing his thing Outworld just seems pretty cool about him. That or I’m biased cause he’s a cowboy You would also think Erron would start to have second thoughts when he didn’t see his current self helping the bad guys. Also the fact he was no where to be seen during the colosseum fight with Kitana and Shao Khan is a missed opportunity

Future and Present Erron Black should have had a old western standoff with eachother. Taking their steps into it as their hands slowly lower to their revolvers. Winds picking up as the noise of chaos gets lost in it's waves of air, their eyes narrowing with each and every moment. Until finally the draw, both these legendary gunslingers already have the hammer pulled back as the sights are lined in as they pull the trigger. Because of Mortal Kombat this can go one of three ways, the bullets collide with each blast. One gets hit as the other gets grazed due to armor and angling of body, then witness the other fall and possibly pass over the damage. Or both get hit and take a fall dealing with a newly placed hole by themselves. Funnily enough, only one would be aiming for a killshot, whilst the other is aiming to disable. But knowing Erron Black, he's smart enough to know drawing against yourself knowing it could off him and his younger self. He'd find a means to trick and immobilize his past self temporarily.

They really didn't do much with him. His present self didn't even appear untill the dlc. I actually like quick time events, keeps my screen from going dark lol, which happened a few times in these games. There basically interactive movies so why not.

Storywise the game needs a breath of fresh air. They should make characters like Erron, Ermac more than just jobbers.
