They usually are, before my little brother passed from fentanyl, my mom had to call the police on him a few times for being under the influence at her house and smoking fentanyl in her bathroom. Mind you this is a quiet upper middle class neighborhood and this stuff doesn’t ever happen there so it was always taken care of promptly. But he was kicking at the officers and crying for my mom at one point and they still decided not to file charges on him and only kept him in jail for a couple days. Best police force I ever encountered and most of them are just like that.
Watching these makes me realise just what a damn hard job cops have. Imagine dealing with PoS like this every week, year on end, and having all your actions recorded and scrutinized by people on twitter from the safety of their homes.

As a Korean I really like how American gov’t just reveal criminals’ face. In Korea if it’s not serious crime we don’t show their face because of ‘right of criminal’

The first one is shocking because she was my sister's Etiquette teacher at the Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Switzerland, perhaps the world's finest Finishing School. She was always so prim and proper, and never spoke anything less than formal English when addressing anyone at the Institute.
Meanwhile "innocent" people often behave the very same way in those videos. Uncooperative to the max. Insisting on "their rights" to not having to ID etc. as they did not commit a crime. Only difference the comment section there is like "they should be fired" etc. How can police even investigate anything if everyone is just shouting "innocent here" is aggressive, uncooperative and heavily contributes to escalting a simply "investigation" then sues after. Americans are actually wasting police time and heavily contribute to the bad relationship between police and citizen. A simple traffic stop that takes 5minutes turns into a 90minutes feature film with 2 dead people. If you behave like this nobody in his right mind would even think you are innocent. If police stops you just cooperate and let them confirm that you are innocent.
The couple in the second video is exactly like how everyone at my school acts. Big and tough thinking they can just handle problems on their own by fighting but when actual people with training try to solve the problem without violence it’s “all good.” and “I don’t need help”. Just take the help and avoid being big when you are being stupid.
Never made a single good decision in her entire life, which is wild considering you could probably do better by randomly guessing. But I'm sure if you ask her, she thinks she's a fucking genius and everyone else is the problem.
She, and SOOO many others like her that I see in body cam videos, are 100% certain that they "didn't do nothin' wrong," that they are being "arrested for nothing," that the officers "can't do XYZ" thing that officers definitely CAN do, that their "rights were violated" when they weren't, and many other convictions that are all undeniably false. I used to think that when people like Ashley go nuts and exclaimed any of the above ^ quoted common objections to being arrested, that they knew full well why they were being arrested/what they did wrong. However, after watching probably 100+ of these videos, I genuinely believe that every last one of them are honestly just so catastrophically stupid that they cannot process simple cause and effect as it relates to the law. This video serves as a perfect example... She is immediately confrontational and agitated when the officers approach despite them not having said a word yet, her BF calmly gets out of the car and they are BOTH informed that he has a warrant and is being placed under arrest because of it. AT THIS PRECISE MOMENT, armed with every single piece of information necessary to logically comprehend what is going on and why, anyone with an IQ above 80 would sit back in the passenger seat, sigh in an annoyed yet understanding fashion, and take every subsequent proper action in order to resolve the issue........... NOT ASHLEY THOUGH, FOLKS! Ashley, being one of the productive, likable, exemplary members of the criminally obtuse population, will NEVER pass up an opportunity to let her ungovernable emotions obliterate what should be a simple logical process of conflict resolution. She DiDn'T dO nOtHiN' wRoNg, after all! If you just overlook the silly, insignificant, and honestly irrelevant minor infractions such as being inside a stollen vehicle, failure to obey a lawful command, obstruction of official police duties, resisting arrest, battery on a law enforcement officer, simple assault, and a few other little oopsies thrown in there, then you too can understand that, in reality, she is being arrested for nothing! There is something very wrong with people like her. The cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics one must perform in order to say, with real conviction, that their is no reason that they should be arrested after committing multiple crimes, including a felony, within mere seconds is a logical conclusion that can only be achieved by people who are incredibly stupid, clinically narcissistic, or a combination of the two.
The girl in the second clip has clear symptoms of DV, too afraid of retaliation from the abuser as you could see in the clip. When she heard she was getting detained she probably thought she was gonna be put in a detention cell or car with him so she was trying to resist hoping everything but that. When she realized they weren't gonna do anything she calmed down and cooperated. Hoep she's got the help she needs.
It's not hard to imagine there are tons of hd videos of cops escalating situations and then arresting or harming the person that originally asked for help.

How can police even investigate anything if everyone is just shouting "innocent here" is aggressive, uncooperative and heavily contributes to escalting a simply "investigation" then sues after. Americans are actually wasting police time and heavily contribute to the bad relationship between police and citizen.
