This video is about production process of non woven machine. All procedures are done on a non woven production line. The steps are as follow.
1. Fill the raw material PP into the bin and put necessary additives
2. Extrusion machine dissolves and squeezes the material out.
3. The filter removes impurities from PP solution.
4. Now the spin system works. It spins and stretches the PP solution into long but thin fiber.
5. Form the filament into web by calandar. Then produce the web into nonwoven fabric through their own methods. They are bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement.
