A lot of people talk about how hard it is to lose a parent, but it's especially hard when you lose a parent you don't really remember yet everyone around you does.
I've always been so sad about that. He has videos, items of Steve's I'm sure, and stories but it's never the same. Bindi had 8 years to *truly* bond with him.
I hope Terry allows Bindi and new husband to visit Borneo Island to see some of the rare animals insects birds and flowers which are not found anywhere else.

When Steve's friend in the 90's got excited and drove off without paying for fuel, Steve would come in and apologise and pay everytime. My dad would just call Steve from the petrol station at Landsborough. He came right away. Great guy even away from the camera's!
