This is wonderful for helping us when being ignored has hurt us, and ignoring can be manipulative. However, when we are hurt by the behaviors of others, ignoring them can be your way of protecting yourself. So, when we are ignored, it would be wise to acknowledge behavioral transgressions we may have committed and, if the relationship is important enough to heal, to go to that person and open a conversation by accepting responsibility for our own actions. If the relationship is so unimportant that we’re not willing to behave in a respectful and civil manner, then we can,at the very least, simply honor the ignorer’s boundary and let them live in peace.
Ignoring someone is sending a signal to the person being ignored that they want nothing to do with you so why would the person being ignored keep trying ? I don’t care if it’s a protective thing or not! Ignoring someone means the relationship isn’t important to the one doing the ignoring.
Thank you - you are a blessing.♥️

Ignoring someone is rude and inconsiderate!
