you can hit another target - in the triple turret just north of your target, you can swing far right, up the edge, then cut back when even with all 3 and you can sneak up to that northern most turret and hit it. I have one uav and 2 specials - the range special you have (ty for that) and a chain special. i am chaining the other 2 turrets. Also the next target north, 2 turrets, i think you can do the same thing. so with chaining i think the 3 turret group might be the best. i am hitting it right now, we'll see how much xp i get. i did a chaining special first instead of a range, so i am busy putting the buckeye on right now - about 7.5 hours each.
@@paulcook3089ya, did it the old way the same. Didn't really build them out, only a single weapon and it didn't really do any damage to the 1st turret.

VXP target. No longer on map after VXP Weekend
When ranking, will every hull in the fleet gain ex or only the hulls that does the damage?
I can't rank my fleet with out taking damage
just let your ships die click repair and repeat use salty dogs free crews and you will max them

You can rank this way with the +30% range special, just hit this single turret
