Im havin trouble with my rope tryin to jerk me forward constantly ranther than it keep tension and stay smooth. Anybody know y? I figured its probably the cheap rope i got that has some stretch in it.

      I think just taking the time to work into it slowly, maybe ride a shorter rope at slower speeds until you get it all figured out

    do most pro riders ride finless on boat?

    • @jboneill
      @jboneill  4 года назад

      most pro boat riders use fins. guenther is the closest to finless I think, the board he rides has extremely small fins and I would assume more slippery than most. the top guys like cory, tony, dowdy and nic rapa all ride with 2 removable fins

    • @stevenwilson8975
      @stevenwilson8975 4 года назад

      @@jboneill oh makes sense. do you get more pop with fins?

    • @jboneill
      @jboneill  4 года назад

      @@stevenwilson8975 I wouldnt say fins are what give you pop, but they definitely help you track all the way through the top of the wake which would likely help you get pop consistently. you may lose pop if you scrub the top of the wake if you slip a bit with no fins.

    • @stevenwilson8975
      @stevenwilson8975 4 года назад

      @@jboneill oh okay I totally understand. so basically if you ride finless its easier to slip and miss your pop instead off having fins help carry your edge to the top
