Hello. I have some questions. How many times should we listen? Do we need to look? How many months to listen? Then listen to the permanent result? Is there an age limit?
- you can listen as much as you want, for results i would see a minimum of 3-6 times a day!
- you don't have to look! there are lots of subliminal without videos but since i always got bored when listening to those i added a fancam
- i would advice every day for results
- the results are permanent
