    Girl, I'm going to cry !!!! I did this ear thing yesterday and today and the lymph nodes underneath my jaw are almost completely back to normal size. They have LITERALLY been swollen for years. Many years. They were always sore and painful. OMFG I cannot believe this ear thing helped that issue of all things. I have been trying different things for years to get them down. I was beginning to think I had a permanent infection in them. I am so extremely thankful for this and all your videos. I'mma go cry now 💯😭😭😭 happy tears

    I feel like the problem with the freeze state is that we get uncomfortable, so we want to exit out of it. But I feel like if we embrace it, then our souls will turn that pain into a purifying moment. I don’t know, but it’s just a thought.

    You are amazing! I had 9 years of childhood trauma and you are helping me to rid this toxin out of my body. I’m in tears because I never knew this was actually a thing until like 2 weeks ago. 😭 I never realized how we store trauma in our bodies. Any time I would think about my childhood that was stolen from me, I would immediately tell myself to stop feeling sorry for myself. Now I know that I was wrong and should have embraced that feeling so I could release it! Thank you for everything that you do. It is so very helpful! ❤❤

    Love you! I’m doing Reiki healing and NLP and also a dancer, I felt the need to connect healing with move my body and wanted more specific informations ( even though intuitions showed me some exercises but you know, not everything)
    Helped me to upgrade my own relationship with my body and healing and also… fun!! Thank you !💙🙏🏼

    I have scoliosis and I started your plan (I'm a customer). So many areas in my back are just slowly unlocking in a way I've never felt. I wonder what affect this would've had if I discovered this in my teens. This is crazy.

      nausea is normal, especially when you start to release. this is from your muscles letting go of years and/or decades of tension. drink a lot of water to help.

    I think my body goes in freeze mode. I can get a pain in my body. It feels like when you get sick.. that achy feeling in my whole body… can that be the pain you relate to in your video? ❤
