Its Economics 101. The tickets will be less expensive than at the soccer stadium, parking will be cheaper and the facility is brand new. They will sell plenty of tickets, maybe not enough to sell out, but it will work out.

Beautiful design but it looks like it should've been flipped. The video starts showing the part of the stadium that is facing what looks like a 50ft. wall. The side of the stadium that is facing the street will be blocked by the NFL Headquarters which doesn't make sense to me.
