Thank you so much Dr. Stevenson. In the exam, I have to make onlay, and the question is MOD onlay on lower first molar with mesiobuccal cusp severely decayed. Should I reduce the mesiobuccal cusp so much, or should I make it flat and in the similar plane as the isthmus, while keeping the whole work as you have kindly described in this video?
