Hi Gail, Fall and New York for me is a double dream. I enjoy these out and about videos (so well shot) I like to flood my little place with gourds and pine cones and whatever else I can. I'm surprised to hear about the dating situation but that is what happens when I am not there! Can I get away with that? (You should be complimented.) I'm pleased to see the decorations since New York doesn't often seem to be portrayed as a place with everyday nice people. Enjoy the Fall!

I have a deep appreciation for the vibrant colors of autumn trees-reds, yellows, and bright oranges. The scents of cinnamon and oranges, along with freshly baked goods, bring back cherished memories. With the change in apparel and the recent celebration of my birthday, I find that autumn is truly the most wonderful time of the year for me.🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁stem cell coming on the 23rd of October, I’m feeling emotional but confident in the procedure. 🍁🍂🍁 Fall is my favorite season, I just wish it wasn't so short. The changing colors, the falling leaves 🍂 🍁 & the cooler temperatures for cozy sleeping. Apples and cider, chilis & stews.... I could keep going.🤗

Also, growing up in Michigan, I def have plenty of memories of jumping/falling into big piles of leaves after raking our big yard. I love scented candles and the fall season has some of the best!

I love Autumn. Here in Florida it’s a mindset but we will be 63 degrees tomorrow morning. I have Immense Oak trees in my back yard and on the weekend I sit out on my porch in the morning and watch the birds, squirrels, bunnies, dragonflies. It’s so quiet and peaceful.

Autumn is my FAVORITE time of year, next to spring. Getting ready for fall means putting out my fall decor, lots of pumpkin spice coffee and candles, making pumpkin, chocolate chip, walnut muffins and watching my favorite Halloween movies, Hocus Pocus, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. Definitely everything, cool weather, beautiful colors of changing foliage, pumpkins, hot cider and mulled wine. I lived in Germany for a time where spiced mulled wine was sold on the street and there were so many small shops . . . hat shops, hosiery shops, lace shops and on and on. I have always dreamed of visiting New York during Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade . . . I love parades! One day I will have the opportunity, until then thank you for sharing your experience and true joy you have for your city.

I love having fresh flowers in my home. We shop Trader Joe's weekly and, although I don't buy them weekly, I do purchase flowers from there quite often. They have an amazing selection at a great price!

I miss autumn in the north but if you look closely, you can find fall colors in north FL. Leaves do turn but usually later in fall. The first sign is the blooms of goldenrod, which are pretty but I’m allergic to them. lol What do I do for myself when it’s pumpkin season? I grab a pumpkin iced latte & a pumpkin muffin & enjoy a few moments to myself while I enjoy the flavors of my treats. 😊

To answer the question as to "What I do to treat myself"? I usually go have dinner at one of my favorite restaurants or going music shopping.
