that happens with old configurations that point to/use a base vehicle that doesn't exist anymore, or is under a different name. for example, any custom or modded configuration created for the T-series semi in 0.30 and prior will break if you try and use them in 0.31. the configuration of the T-series has also been completely changed, (i.e. separating the configuration of the truck into rear frame and front frame), so even if they didnt change the name of it, it would still break the game.
