I never knew crabs could jump so well or that eels could come out of the water! Great cinematography!
Two things we learned that we didn't know before!
exactly. jumping crabs? amazing.
@@AR-mb3idSome jump effortlessly right from one crotch to another!
@@willmercury personal experience? just kidding. that's a good one.
Seriously, that surprised the S out of me. Shouldnt have, but did
What a beautiful crab. This footage was amazing. An octopus climbing over rocks and all!
I've never seen an eel move outside of the water like that, very interesting to see.
on a rainy night, river eels come out and go over land/ground....we thought they were snakes at first....
@@volpeverde6441 Damn that's bugged out.
Eels can survive out of water for around an hour. It's not uncommon to see eels on land, especially the freshwater kinds.
That's interesting.
imagine being a crab and you start to hear this song 2:37
Never seen a 🦀 crab jump like that before. I was spellbound.😮😮
They move like spiders.
The quality of those footages is just mesmerizing
The production of this is just, astonishing. I've seen it before, and still amazed by it.
The attention to detail, the flawless execution, and the awe-inspiring visuals leave us in a perpetual state of wonder
Moray Eeels that travel across rocks, amazing! Voracious appetite for crab...
I had no idea crabs could run and jump so fast. I always thought they were slow. This is amazing!
I did not know crabs could leap like that. Incredible
Superb research, superb sounds with suspense, superb camera work and superb narration by sir David Attenborough
I swear I've seen this clip before, but I never get tired of it
This is how
Sea monster legends
Started
Poor little crabs
0:54 I *did not* know crabs could jump
Especially, when they desperate for their lives. Breaking your limits.
Why does squidward wanna eat mr crabs 😂
Interesting…. We were recording some videos in the western coast of Sri Lanka about rock crabs at beach rocks. But this is extraordinarily captured to their epitome standard. Amazing videography
WOW AMAZING 4K FOOTAGE AND GREAT COMMENTARY 😮
The photography is stunning.
I actually cheered when the crab made it 😀
The sound of the crabs feet tapping as it scatters across is so cute 🥹
So the crabs are facing sea serpents on one side and the kraken on the other! My all-time favorite animal has always been the octopus so I personally am rooting for the kraken!
The Sea Serpent is a different animal.
It must be exhausting always *rooting* for the anti-hero mr kraken lol
I didn't see this comment when I posted mine, dang bro commented this before me
I used to watch with 480p when I was little and now 4k. Time flies but nature is still beautiful.
These crabs jumping are so cool
Who else was seriously rooting for the crab ?
We all were, friend 🥲
Not me. Crabs suck
✋️
They are so cute
I'm rooting for crabs too to die 💀
I need Ozzyman's commentary of this
Yup
Welcome to Destination Fucked crabs.
This is above and beyond standard story making. Is it the epitome of it? Thank you BBC Earth
I’ve seen this video multiple times… but in 4K it looks all the more stunning!!!
Never seen crab jumping like that, very interesting 💥
After watching this film, I realized that going to work everyday isn't complicated compare to the life of little crabs.
I thought I was unlucky until I get to know these poor crabs :))
Nature💛 always amazing❤❤❤
It is not amazing. It is evil!!!
@@freemind1923all of those things
I’ve never seen crabs jump until now!
I knew octopus could crawl in land, had no idea this eel could and now that I see how these crabs do their do, my sally lightfoot crab figurine I can look with new eyes on knowing what it can do by jumping. God I love animal documentaries. You learn so much. First it was Alexander Scourby narrating many years ago and now with Mr. Attenborough.
imagine if the eel and the octopus started fighting with each other instead of trying to go after the crabs.
@@thewinusa imagine if David Attenborough narrated that with serious music playing in the background.
Then it would become Godzilla VS Kong!
Nah... The octopus is way smarter than that.
Imagine the sharks jumping onto the rocks to eat the octopus and then a whale got stranded
@@AwakenedAvocado Rock-Jumping Octopus-Eating Sharks!!
still so confused how they get so much good footage, must have 1000 cameras and 1000 amazing editors
Magnificent filming, narrating, music! 💙
WHEW!!! SABASTIAN LIVES 🙌🏽🙌🏽🤣🤣
The poor guy 😂
One of my favorite clips from Brazil, nice to see it again.
the two types of swimming crabs: the helicopter and the doggy paddle
And here i am complaining about having to queue in the grocery store.
After seeing this i will not complain anymore
I learned 2 things:
1. Crabs can jump
2. Eels can slither on land
When Life plays Temple Run with you
That one eel that slithered out of the water did what’s called a pro gamer move.
This is most thrilling drama ever
Jumping crabs! Things that nightmares are made of!😮😮😮
That Crab just kissed the Death Twice
This my first time seeing crab jumping like that 😅😂
This is pretty wild. lol
Beautiful nature, always amazing
It is not beautiful.. and it is not amazing. It is evil!!!
@@freemind1923 I think that
evil, cruelty, risk, sacrifice, bravery, misfortune, tragedy is as beautiful as life itself
It's what we got and we have to learn to live with it and... if possible, see the positive side of all that
@@0marpuen7e So if I eat you alive would you be amazed like that?
The vibrant colors of blooming flowers, the gentle whispers of the wind through the trees, and the harmonious melodies of birdsong-all remind us of the exquisite tapestry that nature weaves
@@3winanimal Crabs trying to find food is being eaten alive by numerous monsters all round them and this is your conclusion out of it, poor man?
Crab: C'mon yall I'm just trying to eat
Eel & octopus: Me too
This is the "They delight in each other's company" guy!
And here I am thinking I had a hectic day doing grocery shopping.
When you root for the prey because it's so cute.
I was worrying about crab's life more than about mine
Have loved this man's voice since Wildlife on One. David and James Burke got me interested in science and technology as a wee loon.
Hu,is the name of narrator plss?..
To be honest this is one of the best documentary, thanks to BBC EARTH
My hearts goes out to the fallen crabs
SubhanAllah, What a fascinating system, creatures, design. Blew my mind.
These documentaries make me rethink why I immigrated to Canada. Jesus Christ, I miss my tropical homeland.
This is literally how my parents got to school every day.
Nature is amazing great video
It is not amazing. It is evil!!!
@@freemind1923Disgusting 👹
@@YAH-1 also yeah !
The camera work and the cinematography is impressive!
This is My parents explaining me the hardships they faced while going to grocery store back in the day:
Crabs: "Those predators on the other side of the sea... if we kill them all... will we be free?"
Predators: *"No. You will never escape from Brazil"*
I'm oohhing & ahhhing these poor beautiful crabs(which I've never seen) they're in real danger w/these other predators waiting for them to eat them. I'm sure they're scared 😢
This was fascinating to watch. Sheesh i was anxious watching them fight to live
those crabs are nightmare fuel. big armored spiders jumping and swimming around.
*It's a battle of strength, speed, and cunning as these marine warriors vie for dominance. Brace yourself for a mesmerizing spectacle of underwater combat that will keep you on the edge of your seat*
this video is unreal😮 it's so majestic and the vivid color of the crabs is mesmerizing
This is how my parents claim they got food growing up ..
The cameraman deserves a grand applause
Oscar
Not applause!
What an exhausting existence these crabs have
This is literally how my parents go to school.
These crabs have "Light-Foot" in their name for a reason.
Nature is such with many wonders...
It is not wonder. It is evil!!!
@@freemind1923 You are evil
what a narration! held my attention like the climax of an action movie
This is a new knowledge to me.i didnt think octopus is a crab killer.
Stunning!! Mother nature's beauty so elegantly captured!!
I’d go through a deadly gauntlet to feed on peanut butter sandwiches.
Those crabs look huge! Everything jumping😅 I wonder if these animal acquired these skills out of neccesity to survive! The Eel jumps out of the water to get its favorite snack, the crab jumps to avoid the water, and the octopus just nonchalantly just slithers on the rock for a snack😅 Just all so interesting, not to mention the amazing footage! Thank you for this nature view.
Mr Krabs and his family. Until eel and Squidward ruin everything.
1:40 This whole crab is vibe after watching his buddy get Snatched by an Eel
Humans : "Tropical Beach is a paradise on earth!"
Crabs : "Seriously?"
Великолепное видео! Какая же трудная жизнь у крабов, им приходится убегать
Imagine when they have the technology to record microorganisms as they actually look like (instead of the fixed "2d" view that they are normally seen through) in high resolution
Lol being a crab just sucks.
Wonderful cinematography, but did anyone else find the way all those creatures moved kinda *unsettling* ?
crab who is about to die: *silly mouth bubbles*
Wait a minute... Why have I watched this video before? Is this a reupload?
Before this very moment.... I never realized that I have Never seen a Crab Jump.
The crab tribe jump from rock to rock, escaping the serpent of the seas and the monstrous kraken, and reaching paradise
Crab is like dude! I got to go through that waters again after 2 hours? Seriously?
Right here! I cheered maybe too loudly at 2:40 in the morning but I was that happy that he made it, they ❤😊
Cant the crabs just get Uber eats like the rest of us?!
this is the equivalent of hauling ass across a 6-lane motorway to spend 2 hours at a vegan sushi place
Fun fact: That same crab appeared on the album cover of The Prodigy's seminal 1997 studio album 'The Fat of the Land'
With the feeding grounds that far off, eels awaiting.... half way you'd be thinking, maybe I'll get a delivery ...
squidward finally had it with his boss
This natural occurrence can be stitched neatly and beautifully!! 😘👏
