The stepper motor goes out after a week. I bought one for me and one for my brother. Both lasted a week. The motor that moves the printing base wears out fast due to the tension from the belt. It's a fun little printer while it lasts.
This fits the bill for a super compact 3D printer I was looking for. However I need it for printing DIY stuff. Is the output quality of this acceptable for such use?
@Easythreed 3D no, the z axis doesn't move on its own like it should where I press home or the print button. If you still think I need a replacement motor, can you provide a working up-to-date link please

@@lewmtr No. It's hard to fix if anything goes wrong, get a famous printer that you know to have a shop in your country so you can fix it once it inevitably broke.
on one of the reviews there was a extra pin_header. in the extuder casing, can this one be used for a Nozzle fan header? also would it be possible to release the STL/designs for the parts so people can mod the parts and add things like: nozzle fan header. XY endstops and other minor hacksthat improve the general functionality
We can change speed and temperature on slicing software like Cura. But can't change while printing. The temperature and speed are recorded on the gcode file by slicing software.

My filament doesn't load. Nothing comes out of the nozzle :(

What is the nozzle type? Can it use general-purpose nozzles(M6x1.0 threads)? Can it use other diameter of extruder size, except for 0.4mm?
