hey man, im thaumcraft 4 pro, so i can definetely for 100% say that pech ACTUALLY love to trade items that have LUCRUM aspect in them, and the more aspect in here the better items (basically its just changes how deep it goes into loot table stack) but you prob will not know what aspects is where until you make thaumometr and actually research items.
@@gardenofgrind i dunno if gtnh have thaumic tinkerer addon but if yes and infused seeds do not disabled you sure must rush to get them, because they are basically the most cursed and imbalanced thing in entire universe, there is possible to grow seed that will be able to give you the entire STACKS of gold and diamond BLOCKS per each harvest
@@gardenofgrind and the most cursed thing in infused seeds is that they not have fixed loot table, they give items from entire game even modded items, they just search any loot by code word, for example machina aspect seeds can give you stacks gears if game is modded, and it can be any item that have gears tag, for example naqadah gears (dunno if they exists) and etc some very very high tier cursed items.
I think you're underestimating how many people would love to watch you fiddle with things off camera, making a mob farm, changing the villagers, etc. I personally would love to watch them! Oh and happy birthday! Every time I come home I look for a new video! Keep this series goin!! ❤

I have to say I enjoyed the beginning of the video and your progress is insane. Given that I have tried to start this and only have a platform I know the effort and work you are putting in. Loving the series and look forward to the next episode. Quite amazing.
Really nice progression in this one! It feels like you have learnt a lot from your previous experience in the first season, and having steam machines already in episode 6 is a good sign! I also feel like not going down the route of huge iron tanks and crafting 100 of thousands of XP into resources is probably a good idea when bartering can give you the same resources much quicker. Looking forward to seing this series progress further, especially now when a few new mods start opening up like thaumcraft in parallel to the more technical gregtech tiers and circuits.

Please put the pattern chest next to the part builder. It lets you use the patterns from a side window. You can chisel chests into trapped chests to compact your storage some. I don't recommend the present chests because you can't sort them.
That’s correct, but it’ll definitely help me to unlock more research through scanning. I’m gonna have quite a few aspect to spend anyway as I’ve been lucky with special enchantments on my swords etc…
@@gardenofgrind yeah that number for villagers is 6, but i found it way easier to have a villager breeder that Drops the Babys 70 Blocks in a 2x2 chunk area, and then Sort Out the useless villagers, and Put the useless villagers in a 8*24 area where water flows from one Side to the other, with a halve slab high Gap so the emeralds can Go throug, and then jus have a water Stream towards a hopper with drawers/chests, thats super low effort and scales really well
there is no recipe for glass? or do you just not have the items for it? I may have missed you showing, if so I'm sorry I was just wondering why you were locked behind villagers for glass
It requires glass dust which I can get now. But you need a block mold to shape it into a glass block, all done in an alloy smelter. All the above also requires lava, which I also don’t have either… A villager with a glass trade will make my life easier lol

@@ed_gorodas this modpack is heavily supervised by alot of devs I would guess that they balanced this unless this is a reaaallly deep rabbit hole

progressing in thaumcraft 4.2.3.5 without a meter is almost impossible i think, he'll need it at some point

There's a quest selling a stack of sticky resin for a piece of wood and some coins, so you wouldnt have to make it all with XP.

Why did you make a checkboard pattern for the villagers?
So that I can put them together safely and somewhat comfortably lol for easy collection of emeralds
If there's more than 4 entities sharing a block space, they suffocate. So cells are the best way to prevent that.
