Some people start listening to Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving. Others start the 1st of December. Still others wait until Christmas eve.
Since 2016 I've waited for the First Snow. And when it comes, I begin with this piece.

When I was 16 my parents took me to see TSO. At the time I thought they were *just* an Orchestra, so my 16 year old bratty self thought it was gonna be lame as hell.
Once this song kicked on and 0:49 hit with the laser lights, I knew I was actually in for a fantastic night.
I am in the 8th grade I played this on guitar with a few other band members at school for our Christmas concert it was so cool
Saw them yesterday, the lazers were insane. They Rocked my socks off, so powerful. Love it!

When I was 11 years old, I was in Salt Lake City, standing outside the pharmacy while my aunt was picking up her prescription. It had snowed the night before, so the ground was covered in at least 2 feet of it. The pharmacy had a speaker by the front that played the radio station music. When this song played through the speaker, the snow began to fall again.
It was magical, it felt like an amazing fever dream. That’s why anytime I hear this song play, I always think of that day. I wish I could relive it again

I like to play this in my convertale, windows and top down, a loud as I can stand it. I see that people in the cars around my begin to "groove" to the music...it's great to watch.

I like this track! When I saw them live last year, they had these soap suds falling from the ceiling and it was supposed to look like snow. It was awesome 😎

Every year, I play this song when the first snow comes. This year, it fell as I took m' daughter out trick-or-treating. She was hoping for snow on Halloween and was delighted to see it.

I love the way this album tells three different stories throughout, then weaves them all together at the end. This may very well be the world's last concept album...
Don’t get me wrong, this is an amazing song, but the live version is much better. It sounds more full and more intense

Saw them in Sioux Falls, SD mid-November '19. 😊
I saw them in 2006 in Albuquerque when I was 16. I had just started playing guitar. I was mesmerized.
I had the honors of seeing TSO in person when they came to Cleveland, 2018 & 2019.
Those were the best years I remember.
They made it such a memorable time. What a rush it was!!

This was the point in the show I went to in late 2019 that people really got into it. Sounds nicer live, the guitars are phrased a little differently and it’s at a slightly slower tempo so it breathes a little more.
