soooooo....Please tell me if the below is true
I work and my spouse does not work. Household income is 168,000. I have a 401k at work. My spouse can contribute the full amount to a traditional ira via spousal ira. However, I cannot. Though I can contribute the full amount to a roth ira.

If I contribute to 2023 Roth IRA, the income limit based on my 2022 tax return, or how much I expect to make in 2023?

2021 max is 19500 and for 2022 it's 20500 for the 401k employee contributions. The remaining amount may be able to do a backdoor Roth conversion but it depends on plan documents. ruclips.net/video/N6HjUh_0Lbs/видео.html

Of course. I went into your videos and didn’t seem to find anything on index funds vs mutual funds? More specifically passive vs active management/ pros and cons.
      Thanks again!

I appreciate you watching the video twice. 04:05 I said, "...if you have a 401k you can have both a traditional and a Roth IRA..." I'm assuming you are not really asking if you can have both types of accounts but really about making the contributions. And as for the contributions, they're explained clearly in the video which are based on income and filing status.

Confusing video for me. For young, high-income earners, I think you can contribute $6,000 to a Traditional IRA so long as you do not ask for tax deductions. That is, after-taxed money of $6,000 may be put into the Traditional IRA. After that, I think you can “backdoor” said after-taxed $6,000 in the Traditional IRA into a Roth IRA.

Huge pitfall here. Pro-Rata rule. check that out before doing a backdoor Roth conversion. ruclips.net/video/U_O9VoSnVII/видео.html
