    I've been fortunate enough to see Radiohead 8 times in my life, but this was probably my favorite of them all. Great night with friends and family. Unforgettable show and experience.

    Holy shit. My first concert at 13. I was so lucky. Still a special night in my life. I was with my parents who didn't want to be there but I danced on the lawn with everyone else along to Thom getting funky on stage... so incredible. I started my first day of high school the following day back home in Michigan and I got to brag to my friends that I saw them. Still have the shirt from this show. Thank you for sharing!!!

    I'll add my 'I was there' to the list. 17 at the time, first and only Radiohead concert. I was the only stoner in my group so I had to bring my own personal stash, and I think I smoked clove cigarettes at the time? lol. Unfortunately for other bands, this set the standard by which I judged all other concerts attended since. No one has ever outdone this for me. I've never been a big fan of Hail to the Theif, but this was a great mix of older stuff. The encoreS alone.. I just remember being floored by the main setlist and getting ready to head back to Milwaukee, it's over right? Then they come with four more, ending with Street Spirit.. holy shit Radiohead.. alright I guess let's head home. And then they come back out. WOW. Not sure if that was typical for them, but it more than exceeded my expectations. Whatever the tickets cost, I would pay 5x the price to see this again. The stage energy the band maintained throughout the show.. infectious. Other bands just don't bring it like this, I'm always expecting a double encore and crazy energy. Lucky to be there. Thanks for blowing my mind and ruining live music for me Radiohead. Thanks uploader.

    Such a core memory. I was 18, beginning college that fall. I saw Radiohead here and St Louis on back to back nights. Driving across Illinois with my high school friends... such beautiful times. We were part of the first group in and we sprinted down to the front. There was a bald man already sitting about 15 row back from the stage. I thought it was odd he choose that spot and that he was already there. Thom later announced that it was Phil the drummer in that seat, and that nobody noticed or said hi to him as he watched the opener, Steve Malkmus and the Jicks. I bought live bootleg CDs from a guy at both shows, pretty amazing in 2003 to walk away with a burnt CD of your show you just saw. Thanks to that, I've listened to this concert many times, but this is the first time seeing it since 2003. I stood next to a guy who built custom pools and offered me a job by the end of the concert. That was a path a different me took, and I wish that multi-verse me well.
    Thanks for uploading this!

    Nice! My 2nd concert! I was 14 at the time, I remember walking on the path towards the stage was awesome, my friends brother got us a little high before the show, and gave us a pack of sweet cigars, (which I puffed on the entire show!) Nothing but good vibes in the air that night, perfect concert. I think 2 + 2 =5 was the first song, but you probably just got there.

    Was at this show at the peak of my teen angsty Radiohead fandom. Remains to this day the best show I've ever gone to now that I'm in my mid-30's. Believe Pavement opened for them too which was unreal.

    I was there- 17 years old- my friends from high school drove up an hour from Illinois- I was so stoned I had to sit down on the lawn for a while and to this day I remember the death glare another concert-goer gave me for not savoring every second of this concert! But the finale of Everything in its Right Place still feels like it was yesterday ❤️❤️

    I realize that Radiohead simply likes playing Chicago instead, but I'd love to see Radiohead come back to Wisconsin.
    Maybe just do a single US show in 2020 or 2021 at Lambeau?

    The one and only time I saw Radiohead in concert! The girl I was with got really stoned and passed out on the ride home, and felt really bad about it even though it was a chill ride and I just spent the whole time listening to "Idioteque" on repeat. She was the homecoming queen from my college of 12,000 people so even though nothing ever happened with her, it still felt like a special night.

    My first Radiohead concert. I was 16 at the time and my "cool" uncle got us pit/floor tix. I was going to chip in for lawn tix but he wasn't going to let us see them like that. I'm not really sure how people scored sweet tix like this back in 2003. Did you need to know a guy? Ebay? I"m so glad to see footage of this. Thanks for uploading.

    • @annasmith4884
      @annasmith4884 6 лет назад +3

      Daniel Lawson I was in the pit, too (somewhere on the left of the stage, toward the back). To get those tix, you had to be a member of W.A.S.T.E., their online fan club. It's still the best way to get tix!
