This video is all about tree measurements, and the benefits of trees! You will learn how our foresters measure trees from Troy Clymer, our Chief of Forest Protection. He'll walk you through what tools foresters use to calculate the diameter and circumference of a tree, and what that information tells them about that tree's benefits. Then, follow along with Chelsea York, our Education Coordinator, as she demonstrates an activity on how YOU can calculate tree height using household items!
