Love the puppers, I couldn't imagine taking care of 3 Newfs. Boris is more than enough for me. Best dogs ever. :D Boris and I travel the world together, I bring him everywhere he is allowed. we went to England for 6 months last year, and have climbed mountains in California, swam the beaches in Florida. We wont slow down till he does. He just turned 6, but still a spring in his step and no health issues to note. Thanks for sharing.
Kiera how were you able to take the Boris to England? Isn’t there weight restrictions for flying? We want to travel the world also and are feeling limited to places we can drive now to take our baby with us.

I had a Newfie named Cody (Kodak technically, with like 7 more names). We just had to put him down about a year ago. He lived to be 10 years old. He was a monster weighing in at 180 pounds (not fat or overweight). This made me miss my Newfie so much! They’re such an amazing breed! I loved all your Newfies! Cody looked a lot like Duke, all black with white on his chest! Enjoy them! They’re beautiful!
Just got my first Newfy. He's 13 weeks old; he's been with us for 12 days so far and it seems he's already imprinted on me. He's a full brown bear, called Hershey. Love being able to hold him currently but definitely look forward to him being a large teddy bear, down the road. While it can be trying dealing with a puppy, I enjoy every minute with him... Even the oopsies.

Wow what a parallel.I had 3 newfies and an old english sheep dog growing up.Started with one newfy, then the sheep dog, then a puppy newf, then another puppy newf 2 years later.They are such great dogs.Loving gentle giants that think they are lap dogs.We had a 2 wheeled rickshaw they would pull in the summer, & a sleigh for the winter.We used to feed em horse meat with their kibble.Mom kept in 1 pound frozen packages & then we would have to defrost for 10 minutes & it stank bad, but we loved those dogs & it was real good for their overall health.
Had a Newfi called Finn for 12.5 years. We loved him and really enjoyed him. I think the best thing about him was his sence of humour. Big dog hard work but worth it all. Never forget him.

Yes, I have a pack. I've had 7 dogs for over 20 years. I've had a 180 lb. Bullmastiff to a 4 lb. Pomeranian. Now that I'm getting older, I have 5 dogs currently. After 3 dogs, it's all the same dynamic. And once they're all adults, it's easy because they all know the routines and behave well. My key is that i only have 2 large dogs at any given time: the rest are med and small and I always only get dogs that like other dogs. I've owned wonderful dogs and I think I've got a pretty lucky life!
My family has three dogs. My 4 lbs teacup Yorkie (Tazzie, 13), she rules the pack and is the only girl . The boys will follow her around every where. My brother has Duke (lab/pit, 2) who is the big 75 lbs push over of the group. Lastly is my Dad's 25lbs wiener dog (Jack, 2) who we adopted from a friend who could not keep him after hurricane Harvey went through our part of TX. He is really whinny and likes to burrow, but helped to round out our pack and give Duke someone to play with, because Tazzie is not having any of it. She does not like rough housing and will get at the big dog's face if he does not listen. She is smaller than his head but fierce. Jack took second place, because he likes to get attention, but realized that Dukes constant need for attention and sweetness makes him a push over. I have never had a dog who needed so much attention as my brother's lab/pit mix.

I have always had Rottweilers and French Mastiff's but by daughter wanted this baby and he is such a blessing....oh, and very vocal, and I LOVE IT!!
We had a grey Newfie named Holly. She was so gentle with our 85lb grandmother, she was so sweet. She loved swimming. We did get her from a breeder but at 6 months old she was diagnosed severe hip dysplasia. She had the hip fused on one side and they took the femoral head off. Huge surgery but she recovered so well. Swimming helped her build muscle after her big surgery. She had eye lid surgery, she has 3 surgeries for pillow ear. Ear fills with blood from shaking their head. She was 14 when she passed. She was amazing. Drool and all. Love your Newfies. I wish I had a phone to take videos/photos of her every day. Kisses to your pack fur kids.💕💕💕💕
I've been following you on Instagram since you just had Lady and Molly so it's so wonderful to see Booms and Duke grow up! I love them all! I have two pomeranians, one called Duke who is 11 years old and Pippin who is 2 and a half. Unfortunately, Pippin came from an irresponsible breeder and had to have one of her legs amputated but we wouldn't have her any other way -- she's a very smart and spunky little dog. Both of them learn tricks so easily and love to work!
We have 5 dogs. 3 pit bulls (Bonnie, Pig, & Beau Beau) 1 chihuahua/wire hair terrier mix (Bella) and 1 poodle/terrier (Ellie). They are a handful but I wouldn't haven't it any other way.
We have a two-yr-old Newfie girl who LOVES training and structure, and an abused rescue Siberian Husky who just wants to cuddle, plus a cat who was raised by a Golden, so he gets along beautifully with the dogs. Our elder Siberian husky passed when our Newf was about one, but she did a super job of helping to raise up a comfortable, calm, contented Newf. She was such a calm alpha dog - she will be forever missed. Love seeing the steps to how you introduce more complex commands - thank you! I am trying to improve my training abilities because our Newf loves training so much. When I pull out the clicker training equipment she starts to dance and to do commands spontaneously!

I had one who looked exactly like duke.. his name was Ernie but the breeder failed to tell us that he had cancer and he died when he was only 5. i’m miss him so much to this day..Just a month ago, we got a baby newfie and we named her Bailey. She is brown like molly and she is such a good puppy. newfies have always been dear to my family. they really are the best breed in the world!
I have one border collie / husky mix named Oliver. We rescued him from a shelter almost two years ago now. We eventually would love to have another dog but right now we don’t have the space and want to focus on our boy and give him everything he needs.
I had a Newfie named Molly who had the same issues! My second Newf was Believer and I still miss them both as they have gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. They were both noble souls!
They are all so beautiful. My dad passed last year and he left his 8 year old male newfie who was ALSO born on Valentine's Day. His name was Val. I was able to get him adopted by a really good woman who lost her newfie 5 years ago! They truly are 1 of the best breeds ever! Gentle GIANTS!

I walk a Newfie in my neighborhood, by now she just knows when I’m coming and she is always excited to see me! She jumps and for some reason is all about the face attacks 😂😂
Oh I hear you, I have two Newfoundlands that have health issues. One with allergies which he is allergic to grass, trees, chicken and many other things. Really terrible, the other get constant ear infections, even after cleaning them weekly. Both came from champion bloodlines. They were rescues.
Love that you are on RUclips!!! We only have Ned our newfie and Tim our cat. I would LOVE if you show or give tips on training. Ned only works hard for treats/food but not so much without them 😂
Hey great vid. We live in Newfoundland....had a Newfie for 12 years ..she loved the water but no matter how well we dried her during the summer suffered from hot spots ...do your guys ever have that issue ? How do u treat it ?
my family is down to 2 at the moment. We had 4 (pyr/anatolian mix, pit/lab mix/and 2 bassets). At the moment (and for the foreseeable future my folks have a 4 or 5 year old pyr/anatolian mix named anna and a 4 year old bloodhound named jake from state farm. Both are quite large and drooly (they're tall enough to rest their chins on the table and give you sad puppy eyes), especially around food.
My sister has a Newfoundland girl. Best dogs ever! She is a working dog and my sister puts her in shows and trains her to pull carts and stuff. For Christmas, we all went to a Christmas tree farm and saw all the Newfies pull Christmas tree. Abby is 2 and did great. The whole atmosphere reminded me of being on the set of a Hallmark Movie. So much fun. Your dogs are beautiful. :) and adorable. I can't believe how big the boys are! The first time I saw a boy Newfie. I was in total shock. My sister has always had girls. :)
We have a female newf who looks like your Boomer. She will be two in September. We also have a male standard poodle who just turned two. We survived puppyhood (barely)!
Our poodle is wonderful, but man puppyhood can be so rough because they're crazy smart and know when they can get away with stuff! The newf is finally calming down, too, so it's been smooth sailing since March, hahahaha.
I have 2 dogs. A 102 lb Newfie girl, and a 31 lb mutt girl, who is probably a Shiba Inu / Beagle mix. My Newfie girl is so gentle and patient with the little one.
We have Kevin,newfie, who is a couple months younger than Duke. He is a weirdo too! Maybe it is the black fur haha. Kevin is my velcro boy. He follows me to every single room I go to. He loves pulling kids around in the winter on sleds or snow tubes. We just got him a harness so now he doesn't have to run with the rope in his mouth. Might try to do draft with him too. His new favorite toy is a basketball. He Air Buds the ball! My oldest gal is our Olde English Bulldogge, Elsa (Before Frozen). She is 9 and she is my "Molly" too. Didn't research the breeder at all and she has so many issues. Allergies, nerve damage from tumor removal, arthritis. She wears a diaper and her back legs don't work very well. We just say her back legs are drunk, they need to go home. I actually just bought her a wheelchair for outside, because she still wants to come with us on walks but she tears up her back toe nails. And her favorite toy is the jolly egg!
I show dogs with a professional handler in California and even tho I grew up showing and breeding Shetland sheepdogs. I have fallen in love with Newfoundland’s. This is going to be my next breed 😍😍😍😍

I have a question regarding Newfie's, my husband and I have found one and are considering purchasing her. Are biggest concern is the drooling. Have you found drooling to be a major issue, especially with having three Newfie's? Also have you been able to mitigate the drooling? We would so love to open our home to a dog/large dog. Thank you
Oh ❤ lovely lapdogs. We have 3 dogs, our youngest new dog ( rescue ) is already 4 years old. The other ones are 7 and almost 12 ( our brown one) . We had another ( our first) who we had to let go at 13 years. He was the most crazy and wonderful newf ever. Your dogs all are pretty young !
I love your dogs!! I've always wanted a newfie!! I defiantly can't get one till I get a home with a huge yard! We used to have two pack members. Both unfortunately passed away last year of old age. We had a black lab (Ty) and a golden retriever (Max Paddington).
My pup’s a German Shepherd and his name is Duke. He was also born February 14, 2017! He’s also the most odd dog I’ve ever encountered lol. Must be the curse of Valentine’s Day!
We have 2.. but they are with my parents in another country for health reasons(older dogs requiring more care) since we live in a place hit by Hurricane Irma and we don't have the specialized care for them here. We had to evacuate with them to where my parents live but we had to come back home without them.We miss them so much!
Holy crap; we have one little PUG in our house & she sheds so much that we have to vacuum twice per day. Cannot imagine the levels of fur coming off those big dogs (although I know it’s more of a breed vs size thing).
I've only got 2 dogs at the moment both rescues, a golden retriever called Gunner and a Belgian shepherd mix called Nico. Would eventually love a newfie!!! All youe dogs are gorgeous!

Duke reminds me of my quirky black 170 pound newfound I lost almost 2 yrs ago....he was weird and difficult too... but I miss him so much.

I have one border collie / husky mix named Oliver. We rescued him from a shelter almost two years ago now. We eventually would love to have another dog but right now we don’t have the space and want to focus on our boy and give him everything he needs.

I had a Newfie named Molly who had the same issues! My second Newf was Believer and I still miss them both as they have gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. They were both noble souls!

They are all so beautiful. My dad passed last year and he left his 8 year old male newfie who was ALSO born on Valentine's Day. His name was Val. I was able to get him adopted by a really good woman who lost her newfie 5 years ago! They truly are 1 of the best breeds ever! Gentle GIANTS!

I walk a Newfie in my neighborhood, by now she just knows when I’m coming and she is always excited to see me! She jumps and for some reason is all about the face attacks 😂😂

Oh I hear you, I have two Newfoundlands that have health issues. One with allergies which he is allergic to grass, trees, chicken and many other things. Really terrible, the other get constant ear infections, even after cleaning them weekly. Both came from champion bloodlines. They were rescues.
Love that you are on RUclips!!! We only have Ned our newfie and Tim our cat. I would LOVE if you show or give tips on training. Ned only works hard for treats/food but not so much without them 😂
Hey great vid. We live in Newfoundland....had a Newfie for 12 years ..she loved the water but no matter how well we dried her during the summer suffered from hot spots ...do your guys ever have that issue ? How do u treat it ?
my family is down to 2 at the moment. We had 4 (pyr/anatolian mix, pit/lab mix/and 2 bassets). At the moment (and for the foreseeable future my folks have a 4 or 5 year old pyr/anatolian mix named anna and a 4 year old bloodhound named jake from state farm. Both are quite large and drooly (they're tall enough to rest their chins on the table and give you sad puppy eyes), especially around food.
My sister has a Newfoundland girl. Best dogs ever! She is a working dog and my sister puts her in shows and trains her to pull carts and stuff. For Christmas, we all went to a Christmas tree farm and saw all the Newfies pull Christmas tree. Abby is 2 and did great. The whole atmosphere reminded me of being on the set of a Hallmark Movie. So much fun. Your dogs are beautiful. :) and adorable. I can't believe how big the boys are! The first time I saw a boy Newfie. I was in total shock. My sister has always had girls. :)
We have a female newf who looks like your Boomer. She will be two in September. We also have a male standard poodle who just turned two. We survived puppyhood (barely)!

Our poodle is wonderful, but man puppyhood can be so rough because they're crazy smart and know when they can get away with stuff! The newf is finally calming down, too, so it's been smooth sailing since March, hahahaha.

I have 2 dogs. A 102 lb Newfie girl, and a 31 lb mutt girl, who is probably a Shiba Inu / Beagle mix. My Newfie girl is so gentle and patient with the little one.
We have Kevin,newfie, who is a couple months younger than Duke. He is a weirdo too! Maybe it is the black fur haha. Kevin is my velcro boy. He follows me to every single room I go to. He loves pulling kids around in the winter on sleds or snow tubes. We just got him a harness so now he doesn't have to run with the rope in his mouth. Might try to do draft with him too. His new favorite toy is a basketball. He Air Buds the ball! My oldest gal is our Olde English Bulldogge, Elsa (Before Frozen). She is 9 and she is my "Molly" too. Didn't research the breeder at all and she has so many issues. Allergies, nerve damage from tumor removal, arthritis. She wears a diaper and her back legs don't work very well. We just say her back legs are drunk, they need to go home. I actually just bought her a wheelchair for outside, because she still wants to come with us on walks but she tears up her back toe nails. And her favorite toy is the jolly egg!

First time viewer of the Meet the Pack, thank you for showing the dogs and discussing their attributes. The dogs looks so adorable, and it is wonderful how they all get along so well. I have a question regarding Newfie's, my husband and I have found one and are considering purchasing her. Are biggest concern is the drooling. Have you found drooling to be a major issue, especially with having three Newfie's? Also have you been able to mitigate the drooling?

Oh ❤ lovely lapdogs. We have 3 dogs, our youngest new dog ( rescue ) is already 4 years old. The other ones are 7 and almost 12 ( our brown one) . We had another ( our first) who we had to let go at 13 years. He was the most crazy and wonderful newf ever. Your dogs all are pretty young !

We used to have two pack members. Both unfortunately passed away last year of old age. We had a black lab (Ty) and a golden retriever (Max Paddington).

We have 2.. but they are with my parents in another country for health reasons(older dogs requiring more care) since we live in a place hit by Hurricane Irma and we don't have the specialized care for them here. We had to evacuate with them to where my parents live but we had to come back home without them.We miss them so much!

Holy crap; we have one little PUG in our house & she sheds so much that we have to vacuum twice per day. Cannot imagine the levels of fur coming off those big dogs (although I know it’s more of a breed vs size thing).
