Are you new in genshin? lol the crit stats give in weapon gets lowered the higher the base atk is and it gives higher stats the lower the base atk is. Its been like this since like 2020

She is cause 1st her burst does massive damage 2nd then her skill does huge AOE damage.

Mavuika, but only when you have all of her supports and some constellations. She doesn't seem f2p friendly at all
mavuika is strongest if they both have their premium teams, however neuvi has more survivability and seems more f2p.

Is her signature weapon really has only 11% crit-rate increase buff as It's second stat? That's laughably low for a 5 star weapon.
Its actually really good as your less likely to over-cap in Crit so less redundant stats
Read the passive brother. 11% is better because it's not gonna overcap.
