Here's how. 1-Keep a glass of water with you. 2-Close your eyes. 3-Imagine yourself before Allah. 4-Listen to this Surah Ar-Rahman. 5-When the Surah is completed, open your eyes. 6-Drink half a glass of water. 7-Then close your eyes- 8-Say Allah three times in your heart. 9-Then open your eyes. Now drink the remaining water in three sips. 10-Do this three times a day for seven days. If you do not have any disease, then do it once, the disease will stay away from you - Insha Allah.
