All I can hear is Dave. Which is amazing. Incredible drummer.
They could release four versions of each album and I'd be pleased to listen to all four. (One for the full band, then isolated members for the remaining three.)
One of the greatest bands in post-rock.

Great band from Chicago.. I saw them last summer at a free concert on the Chicago lakefront.. They came up with the name "Russian Circles" before one of their first gigs together . They needed a name, and one of the guys remembered a skating drill called "russian circles " when they played organized hockey together..

Sweet man. I need to see them live myself. Feel like I've definitely missed out not catching them when they tour... Definitely on my "to do" list... Dave plays with such emotion and energy. Fucking amazing as far as im concerned.
Bumchampion420 Sickest drummer to walk this earth? He's decent but come on :P Honestly, I find his style to be a bit dull. Doesn't groove very well in my opinion. Nevertheless, this is a pretty solid band.

***** Well, just talking contemporary drummers; Steve Judd, Gavin Harrison, Danny Walker and Thomas Haake to name a few. Hell, even youtube educators like Mike Johnston and Troy Wright are leagues ahead of this guy and far more interesting to listen to (and learn from). Again, not saying he is bad, just saying hes far from "the sickest drummer to walk this earth".

Seen them about 6 times and I can't agree more, and I was at this show. F'ing amazing band.
I've never heard a drummer this loud on a video it's really cool he's not drowned out at all

He started out of tune haha!! I guess he looped it and tuned the guitar. It's good that they have that intro to realize it, otherwise they should have had to stop and start over.
OUT OF TUNE IS A WAY OF LIFE! He adjusted...and fucking rocked on and didn't stop the flow of the show...no one left!!! LIVE!!!!!
