Why couldnt a guy just blast off the rivets of the front spring perches and move them up about 3 inches or whatever max is feasable and redrill the frame and perch holes to match new height and you got a 2 inch lower kit for cost of 4 bolts/side?
yes but you only get 1/2 the pwering? if thats all you want why not blast off the rivets & just raise the fr perches as much as possible and get a 2 inch lowering for cost of 4 bolts/side? ive never done it yet but its free to try and reverable and you dont have to fight with 50 yrs rusted rear bolts?

Could you just replace the rear hangers without doing the front of the leaf spring
