I love living here in West Viera. It’s clean, safe, and beautiful. But, it’s expensive and overpriced at this point 2023. There is no affordable housing here. Large homes sit empty in subdivisions due to investors buying up many of the homes and causing the value to rise for profits to their shareholders. Builders are not being inspected for codes. Unforeseen problems once the home is delivered and you sign on the bottom line. A problem happening across Florida, not just Viera. Apartment rentals and hotels are absolutely overpriced in Viera. The great thing about Viera is it’s safe, clean, beautiful, and shopping is nearby. By, the way, Viera High no longer has an A rating. The school has dropped to a B rating.
Could you do a video for single people kids, things to do, the most walkable parts of any, are there lots of shops and entertainment, are there any public transpiration, and apartments and cost for singles. Is it a family and retiree place not good for singles
@SpaceCoastShane I grew up in Suntree. They keep making Viera seem like Ft Lauderdale it's not even close. I've been to that VA multiple times, and it sucks. The only time it was okay during the Trump administration when they had to be. They sucked under Obama and Biden. It needs to be reformed.

Just moved to viera from Cape Coral to escape the constant hurricanes and the toxic algae blooms that seem to pop up every year lately.

The VA sucks, but I don't think that's exclusive to Viera. I live in Melbourne. Viera is way overrated.
I disagree. VA here is much better than other VAs I’ve personally experienced.
