It was an affordable place to live. Then the housing boom started and everything went sideways. Brevard county is a long narrow place commuting became inhospitable. It's why I left.never looked back either
Mhm, we moved here back in 2007 and it was beautiful, a quiet place surrounded by big places to go to, and a nice and welcoming community, after 2015 all the rich jackasses from up north moved here and the companies decided to make shitty ass houses. It sucks to see how Viera is now. It really was paradise 10 or so years ago.
Love the Viera Content that you bring to the table. Definitely a hidden gem community. Master Planned top 10 Baby. This is why I just purchased a home in Laurasia. Please keep up the strong work sir. Let's keep it rolling. Much appreciated. 😍😍
There are! Wyndham and Adelaide. Baytree, but that’s technically Suntree. Shoot me an email and I can share the listings in those areas or jump on a call to discuss further. Shane@theburgmangroup.com
You can honestly view launches from nearly anywhere in the county! The further north, you are i.e. Cape Canaveral and Titusville will give you the best views and closest proximity
If you have pull can you get them to bring in the following: Trader Joe's, Torchy's Tacos, Viva Chicken, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Season's 52, Mod Pizza, and more alike. No more Culvers, McDonalds, Burger Kings, Winn Dixies, Storage Center's, CVS's, Ace Hardware's and the like.
Duda the dutch family. Best part is alot of their land has rules that is has to stay a certain percentage untouched land. So pick the right part and its feels like you are living in a forest with city amenities. ...i think all that golfcart friendly stuff is on the west side of 95. Keep them over there! lol and yes...everyone should be a brevard zoo member!!!!!
Viera or record is good for certain people: the rich old retired, families, engineers, regular college graduates in medical law dental businesses etc, but for entrepreneurship and dating hell to the no, stay away. oh and Brevard is still racist
You did a fantastic job pulling this video together. Stay safe 🙏❤
Crazy seeing videos on RUclips of where I live, cool stuff!
Glad you enjoy
Great capture of Viera! Shane
Ty!
As a native Floridian I remember life before viera
How was it?

Congrats on Laurasia, one of my favorite subdivisions! There’s a couple lots, I’m holding out on in there for our family ;-)
Maybe we’ll be neighbors…
@@SpaceCoastShane I prefer east of murrell. east side is still native forests, The west side of murrell is golf courses.
Are there any manned guard gated communities in Viera? Thanks!

Viera Avenues is being renovated. They're changing out some of the retail there.
Thank you for the heads up! I’m really excited at the town center, how about you?
Have you been to the millers ale house?
Yeah! We were just there last week!
Have you?
What community is best for watching the rocket launches?

Love the West Side! Appreciate the comment. Thanks for watching.
@@SpaceCoastShane The only supercharger is East side! Represent!
Thinking about Viera. What's the difference between East side and West side? @@Beachtrader0007
Bro teach me real estate. I want to get in to doing it. I am a go-getter, currently a manager at an aircraft maintenance company
@0:32: I've never seen anyone claim that Viera extends all the way east to the Indian River. 🙄
Sorry but viera sucks. All the houses and roads look the same and it's full of chain restaurants super generic
